Bright and happy house, close to the water, and just a short walk across the Eastport Bridge into the town of Annapolis. We yearly do house exchanges in our home, with great success!
The house is very comfortable with all modern accessories and amenities. It is a comfortable Cape Code style house, that has been updated. It is very modern and bright. Each bedroom has its own full bath, with an additional half-bath off the living room. There is a pool and a small yard. The backyard is fenced for privacy. A great feature of the house is the front porch which is super comfortable, with cushioned rocking chairs. A great place to rest and just enjoy the day.
It is a fantastic location, very close to town, yet just far enough away to catch one's breath and have a break from all the noise and people. We do have a parking area on our property for two cars, but we also have ample street parking, which is a real benefit in this area. I work as the local pastor of a church and also as a local attorney. We are always looking for nice families with which to share, rent and exchange. We own another home in the area and would be close by as well, in case you need something during your stay.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Commissioning Week or Boat Shows .. $4000/week
$200 Cleaning fee plus $2000 Security Deposit
If you are interested, we will send you a lease with 1/2 of
the rent due ($2000) as a non-refundable deposit. Upon the signing
of the lease we will reserve the house for you. The remaining
amounts (remaining $2000 in rent, $2000 in security deposit, and
$200 in cleaning fee) must be paid in full by May 1.
Some terms may be open to further discussion and negotiation.
