This charming three bedroom, 1.5 bath newly remodeled, air conditioned home is within walking distance to all of the attractions of downtown Charlevoix. Two bedrooms are upstairs (three twins and a rollaway) and the master bedroom (queen) is downstairs.
The living room has two futons to allow for additional sleeping. The deck overlooks the private fenced backyard, which is perfect for your children to play or to accommodate your family pet. The separate guest cottage/living area/office (futon sleeps two, complete with mini fridge, cable and air conditioning) is connected to the main house by a brick pathway.
An additional outdoor enclosed shower is a great refresher after a long day at the beach. Amenities include: fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, and there is tile and hardwood flooring throughout. The house is situated on a quiet tree lined street, but close enough to downtown to be able to walk to enjoy the many outdoor band concerts and festivals in the park.

June,July Aug.. $1200/week-weekly only. $1600 July 18-25 Venetian Festival.
Sept-May flexible nightly/weekly. Ask about multiple week discount.
1/2 rental deposit (non refundable) and $250 security deposit (refundable)
due at time of reservation. Remaining amount due 14 days prior to rental.
Cleaning fee is included in rate. Pet deposit of $200 is refundable.
Please clean up after your pet as if you were at home.
Renter is responsible for any and all damages incurred during stay.
