Beautiful 4 bedroom home on 4+ acres with a pond just out the back door. Surrounding the pond is a large wooded area with walking path through the centuries old oak trees. The property is within walking distance to the town center and a little over a mile to beaches, parks, and the Portland Head Light.
The house features 4 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs, the master bath has a shower stall, while the other bath has tub & shower. Downstairs is a large living room overlooking the pond, a large open kitchen & dining area, and an office area just off the kitchen.
The house is up on a hill and provides an incredible sense of privacy overlooking the neighborhood, while out back, there is total privacy. There is also a 300 foot zip-line across the pond. The pond is not recommended for swimming, lots of mud, frogs, turtles, and ducks!
Also available for charter, during the summer months, is the 42' sloop "Lucky Witch", we can do all day or just a sunset sail. All day is $350.00 for 6 hours, sunset sail is $150.00 for 2 hours.
