Accommodations:  House, 3 Bedrooms + No additional sleeping rooms avail, 2 Baths (Sleeps 7-9)

Private wooded setting on 80+ acres, pond, mountain views, spacious living room with wood stove, sun room. Beautiful mixture of antique & contemporary furnishings. Writing desks in every room for the contemplative visitor. Satellite TV, VCR, stereo with cassette and CD players. Jenn-Air stove and oven, microwave, and fully furnished kitchen.

We even supply the cottage with good sharp knives for the gourmet cook! Grill, picnic table, hammocks and tire swing on the property. By the week or month from May 1-November 10. NOTE: In winter, this house is a full-season-ONLY rental. One set of tenants from November 15-April 30. NO SHORT TERM SKI RENTALS AVAILABLE FOR THIS HOUSE.

NOTE: The Cottage has been rented for the season, but the calendar has been left open because my personal residence is also available for rental, but only for at least two weeks to a month. NO rentals for less than two weeks.

PLEASE do not write to request a reservation for less than two weeks during the winter, since my home is the only one available at this point. Summertime shorter rentals at the Cottage are fine.

Cavendish is a quiet town, located 7 miles from Ludlow and the Okemo Ski Resort. The Cottage at Stone Walls is situated on 75 acres outside of the village.

There are many historic, tourist, and outdoor attractions in the area, but if you want peace and quiet, you have only to stay around the property and you will not be disturbed. Writing tables in every room, beautiful sunny views to inspire you. Plenty of room for your children to play and run around outside, tire swings, hammocks, etc.
