This is a 2 bedroom/2 bath Palm Harbor Manufactured Home in a Private Park, called "the Homes of Ponce De Leon" Directly across the street from the Crown Plaza Hotel, walk 4/10ths of a mile to oceanfront and enjoy a tropical cocktail at the Tiki Bar at the Crown Plaza, with live music. There is a walkway up and over A1A to safely cross to the beachside. Indialantic By the Sea, is a beautiful village with shopping, restaurants, gourmet food, the Maxwell King Center is not far, great concerts/shows...everything is here, the home is beautifully decorated in a tropical motif and all necessary items are there so that you can kick back and enjoy. All linens, towels, pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, glasses, etc..coffeepot, iron, washer and dryer all on site in the home. Central A/C and a patio area with gas grill, 20 steps away is the Jacuzzi and Huge pool, lounge the day away! Private home park is at the end of a dead end between the ocean and the Indian River, and is very quiet and safe. Drive to Disney for a day trip, take an airboat ride on the River.. just hang out at the beach, or rent a surfboard and give it a try!
