Located in the town of Tulum, just south of the main square/restaurants/shops, and only a few minutes away from Tulum's world famous Tulum Archeological Site and specatular white sand beaches!

This is an exclusive private, secure and secluded cluster of seven homes surrounding beautiful gardens and a pool. The upscale new development provides a calming ambiance. All homes are on city water, city power, and are fully air conditioned and tastefully furnished. The gardens and pool area are fabulous, complete with palm trees and tropical plants. The pool has a shallow end for children, and there is a large outdoor palapa bar for entertaining. The property is completely walled and gated with private, off street parking for 2 cars and an on-site manager.

This is a wonderful destination for Weddings, Family Reunions or multiple families traveling together. Please inquire for referrals to multi-rentals. This unit is also available as a long-term rental (3 months or more) if interested please ask us about our long-term rates.

Each unit has it's own private entrance wit 2 spacious bedrooms with walk-in closets, private baths and a private terrace on the second floor. Three bathrooms in total, the master bath features a shower, double sink, and jacuzzi tub. This unit has been newly, tastefully and comfortablly decorated and furnished. The comfortable and spacious living and dinning area can also accommodate additional guests for sleeping.

Eat out at one of the many authentic, affordable restaurants in the Tulum town, or stay home and prepare your own meals in our fully appointed, spacious kitchen. The kitchen features - tile floors, granite counter tops, eating bar, a full gas range, oven, microwave, blender and other essential kitchen appliances.

Only 5 - 10 minutes away you will enjoy the most spectular beaches in the Mexican Caribbean. White powder sand, calm shallow waters that the young and the old can enjoy. The vivid colors and shades of blue and turquoise will take your breath away.

Within a short driving distance of our home, you will find:

-Tulum restaurants, shops and services, a real Mexican town (1 min)
-Cenotes (sink holes) great for snorkeling and scuba diving (2 min)

  • I have been traveling to Tulum for several years on a regular basis and have stayed in many different hotels, apartments, and houses, both in the beach and the town. On my most recent trip, I chose this La Aldea Villa and I could not have been more pleased. These villas are comfortably furnished, spacious, and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals if you wish. Or, it's an easy walk to all the town options for affordable local food, banking, local bars and entertainment. A short taxi ride to any of the beach hangouts is inexpensive and always available. I prefer to stay in town units like these (instead of cabanas at the beach) for the convenience factor, comfort, and value. Specifically, these units stand out because they are brand new and were well constructed. That means everything works (air conditioning, hot water, water pressure, lights and sockets well thought out), and the pool is a nice touch too. One thing to note is that there is more noise in town than at the beach. This is a rapidly growing pueblo (more traffic and construction projects every year), and this La Aldea Villa is not able to escape this fact any more than any other option in the entire town. However, since these villas were constructed with higher quality materials (thicker walls and thicker glass), the typical sounds are effectively buffered much more than at most other places. Personally, for me, the comfort and value of these units far outweighs any inconvenience from the additional noise factor in the town. Overall, I highly recommend these villas for anyone that wants a comfortable stay for a good value, and also likes to enjoy the authentic Mexican pueblo of Tulum in addition to it's wonderful beaches (often overlooked by many visitors).
