Gulf front condo which is located in the Phoenix X property on the beautiful white sand beaches of Orange Beach, Alabama. Panoramic view of Gulf of Mexico from condo is postcard perfect. Convenient to many restaurants (walking distance to the World Famous FloraBama Restaurant and Bar), beautiful and challenging golf courses, local sites and Outlet shopping. Fishing on the Gulf Coast is second to none with many different species to go after. There are many fishing charters to chose from which take you to the back waters of the bay to the great reefs of the Gulf of Mexico. Great place to bring your family and friends for a long weekend, spring break, summer vacation, or fall getaway.

Our property is 5 years old with many new construction updates. Property consists of huge outdoor pool, indoor pool and three hot tubs so you can enjoy water activities at any time of the year. There are two lighted tennis courts, racquetball court, fitness room including weight machines and treadmills. Beach is only a few steps from outdoor pool which provides easy access to condo when you forget those essential beach items.
Personal lounge chairs with umbrellas are available right on the beach.

Unit is located on the 10th floor and very close to elevators for easy access to lobby and beach. The Gulf Front master suite has a king-size bed, TV, Stereo, VCR, walk-in closet and adjoining master bath. The second suite has one queen-size bed, TV, VCR and full-size adjoining bath with tub and shower. The third bedroom has two full size beds, TV and VCR. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa, TV, VCR, DVD with surround sound and great views of the Gulf of Mexico. The deck overlooking the pool and Gulf of Mexico has an oversize table which can seat six people to allow you take in the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The dining room offers a large table which can accommodate six people. The kitchen complete with a breakfast bar for four features all major and small appliances, cookware, silverware and dishes. Full-size washer and dryer in unit with iron and ironing board, vacuum and all linens provided.
