6 Bed exec with designer drapes, quality furniture and fittings, 56'' TV combo in living room and all the bedrooms.The landing relaxation area has a new flat screen TV,PC wii and some games for all the family,along with internet/WiFi. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with large ensuite bath and separate shower, closet and doors to balcony overlooking the lake.This area has a new patio set and loungers.The other two ensuite bedrooms with queen size beds are on the ground floor one having doors to the terrace/lanai area. Another bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed and shares the family bathroom with the opposite twin bedded room. The other twin bedded room is downstairs which has the new shower room opposite.6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.The games room has an 8' slate bed pool table, darts, air hockey,table tennis and table and stools for the onlookers!
The kitchen has just about everything you need for pleasurable cooking with loads of utensils, pots and pans etc. The screened pool/jacuzzi area has plenty of loungers,tables and chairs under a long lanai enough furniture for everyone.
Cumbrian Lakes is set in a conservation area and is a gated resort with a nature trail and play area.Fishing is permitted in the lake.

We first went to this villa with our friends George and Josie Hands.
We liked it so much for all its attributes and location when they decided to sell we bought it!!
And what a great place to be - only 15mins from Disney and Wal Mart just around the corner!
The Unique Benefits of this House
Both of us have businesses so when we come here it is like a peaceful haven away from people,phones and traffic.We always spend our first day just relaxing in our lovely home away from it all!What is super about staying in the villa is that you don't have to vacate the bedroom by a certain time,don't have to be at breakfast between this time and that time,don't have to be at dinner etc. etc.Just please yourself - how wonderful!!Isn't this what a holiday should be?

this is a great house,its so spacious and comfortable,has everything you need,looks exactly like it does in the photos,even nicer.it was spotlessly clean,and the owner is so pleasant and helpful to deal with,i would have no hesitation in recomending it.if you want a break from the parks i would say go to wakiwa springs,its lovely.theres a shortcut to walmart via oren brown rd,its only 2 mins from the house.perkins at the end of the road is great for breakfast.crackerbarrel too.the pool is lovely and theres plenty of toys for kids to play with,the owners have thought of everything..so the only thong to do is book this house and go have a great time..maria and all the gang!
Recommended for:People with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
Wonderful Vacation so relaxing.

I want to Thank you Dianne, for allowing my family and I to enjoy all the amities of your Villa in Orlando. We had a great time and used the villa as a home base as we visited the many sights in and around Orlando, Kissimmee and Cocoa Beach. The villa was all that was stated in the VRBO site, the master suite was a joy to stay in with the balcony the overlooked the lake, the pool was a highlight of our trip as we took a late night and early morning swim everyday we were there. We cannot hardly wait until our next visit. Thanks again.

First trip to America! What a great place you have,we all thoroughly enjoyed it and in particular the gran children who loved the pool.This being our first trip to America was magical and will not be forgotten.Your place is in an ideal location for visiting the local arttractions and I would not hesitate in booking your home in the future.It was a joy to be in wonderful surroundings.Please thank Tom for me and thank you for letting us share your beautiful home.
