Spend the day with the kids cooking hot dogs and the night toasting marshmallows, making S’mores, and telling stores around the wood-burning fire pit, stocked with plenty of firewood.
OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES: Covered boat slip available just a few steps out your door, fire pit, swim dock, blacktop walking trail, all with NO STEPS! Bring your Boat, Jet Skis, Wakeboards, Water Skis, Tubes, Lifejackets, Fishing Gear, and Lots of Sunscreen! Perfect cove for floating - so don't forget your floats and rafts!

Why the Owner Chose Laurie
We enjoy the Lake of the Ozarks so much, we thought we would build these lodge style homes for others to enjoy as well.
We liked being away from the tourist part of the lake and the main channel. We enjoy the quiet peaceful setting with easy access from the Kansas City area.

We developed Village of Gentle Slopes about 10 years ago. We have always loved the lake and enjoy spending our weekends and free time here. We built these homes for others to enjoy as much as us. We designed each one to have an all-glass front that would give a spectacular view of the lake. We loved the log home style giving it that older cabin feel with all the modern conveniences that we need in everyday life.
