  The condo was great. The rental process was so easy our contact was wonderful.. everything in the condo was in good shape it is really kept up..I will use the same people and same condo again.

  This was our first out of state vacation. We were very pleased when we arrived, the condo was more than we expected. Very clean, the full kitchen helped with not having to eat out every night, the girls loved having their own bathroom. The view was awesome from the balcony, we were able to watch dolphins swimming out in the gulf, every one was very friendly. We loved our vacation!!

  What a great vacation!! We had an awesome time staying at the Phoenix V in Orange Beach, AL. The condo looked exactly as described and pictured. The furniture was comfy and there was plenty of room for our family of four (2 adults, 7yo and 3yo). We enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night overlooking the beach, listening to the waves and watching people on the beach chase crabs with their flashlights. Both bathrooms and bedrooms had plenty of room, and although we didn't have anyone sleep on the sofa-sleeper, I have no doubt that if we had there would have still been plenty of room for everyone. I actually really liked staying on the upper floor (some may not) because you don't hear any road noise or beach-partiers after hours. Both the indoor and outdoor pool were fantastic and the walk down the boardwalk to the beach was a very short one - which is KEY when you have small children. We didn't use many of the cooking supplies, though it appeared that everything was there that you would have needed. The property was clean and the "cleaning" that we were required to do before checkout was minimal compared to some others I've stayed in. (Thanks for the reminder on the fridge!) The owner was there to answer my questions quickly and efficiently, whether by phone or email. The building is also very close to several grocery stores and restaurants (moderate walking distance) and is on a relatively quiet area of the strip - far enough away from the "T", and not all the way to Perdido Pass, either. There is also a sort of minigolf/amusement park place and a nice restaurant across the street, so you can really forget that you even brought a car (if you wanted). Use the Foley Beach Express!! The only negative thing I could say (If I had to come up with one) would be that some of the fixtures could be updated... shower faucets, etc, but those are cosmetic things and didn't bother us in the least. We had a GREAT time and hope to be back soon!

  The Condo was great. Very Clean and move in ready. We arrived right after the last spring break and before the Mullet Toss weekend. It was like having the pool and beach to ourselves. It was great. We also have waited 2 hours to eat at the Orginal Oyster house and this time we just walked right in. We will make the third week in april a regular time to visit.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

  Spent a very relaxing spring break here, condo was well equipped and furniture was nice, a beachy feel to it. Beds were quite comfy, plenty of storage, kitchen had everything we needed. Good location for a beach-centered trip, very much enjoyed our stay.

  We stayed in this condo the weekend of 5-7 March 2010 for a concert at "The Wharf". We were totally satisfied with the condo. The furnishings were comfortable, the unit looked freshly painted, there was no lack of cookware. Just an overall great time. We'll definitely rent this unit again.

  My husband, parents, & myself stayed in this condo in July. It was great! The room was nice as well as the pool. I loved everything about our stay. The owners were very pleasant to deal with also!

  This was our first experience using this site. We've previously only rented through the big rental companies. We had a great experience. It was so nice to bypass the registration desk entirely! The condo is nicely furnished and has a great view from the balcony. We also had very good communication from the owner, which makes the whole process much easier.
