We enjoyed our accomodations in private suite at Sandpearl -- we'd been to Sandpearl for Spring Break before, but with a family of 4, the extra room and full kitchen was a great addition to our accomodations! The resort is fantastic, the service is great -- we look forward to returning next year!

The Sand Pearl is the classiest resort on the beach and also has great customer service. The suite was awesome. Very spacious,well maintained, and well equipped. Oddly, I enjoyed having a washer and dryer and it was just my husband and I. The listing and photos were accurate. My only disappointment was not being able to keep the patio doors open at night due to the sounds of large air conditioners outside and early morning trash pick up noises. But you will not beat this price for this type of resort atmosphere and accommodations! It was hard to find an owner of a resort suite and one who would rent for less than a minimum of one month at a time. The owners were very friendly and accessible for communication. Everything you need was within walking distance in the area and there are lots of eating and shopping options in the area. Make sure to go to Dunedin. ALso Caladesi and Honeymoon Islands were a nice day trip.

Beautiful beach vacation with young kids

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sandpearl. We have an 18 month old and a 3 year old. They loved playing on the beach and in the heated pool. On rainy days, the staff opened the kids club for us so they could play with legos and do crafts. The condo was as represented and beautiful. With young ones, the washer/dryer was so convenient. The owners were very helpful and responsive to us. We wouldn't hesitate to go back if we had the opportunity. This property is, without a doubt, the nicest place on Clearwater beach. As my wife said, "It was perfect!" We ate at Carettas and it was nice. We really liked the Clear Sky Beachside cafe next door. Surprising menu and very good.

My husband & I stayed at Bonnie's condo for two weeks in November. The unit is absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful kitchen with everything you could possibly need to make your meal. The pictures are spot on representing the unit. I loved having the washer/dryer in the unit. Also, there were laundry products there for us to use. The condo was spotless. Fresh, clean linens & very comfortable bed. Bonnie was quick to answer any & all questions I had concerning our stay. The Sandpearl is in a great location. You can walk to the marina, restaurants & shops. The trolly stops right next to the resort which makes it easy to explore the island. We rode it to the Aquarium to see "Winter". We also went deep sea fishing on the Gulfstream II. Had a great time with Captain Brad. I would recommed his charter boat. Frenchy's, The Palm Pavillion, Cooters & Clear Sky Cafe are just some of the fantastic restaurants we ate at. The condo is located in a beautiful resort. You have the best of both worlds. We will definately stay again at Bonnie's unit the next time we visit Clearwater Beach. It is the best place to stay on the island. I have recommended Bonnie's condo to all my friends.

Our family has stayed at the Sandpearl every year since they opened. This was the first time we reserved through VBRO and stayed on the residence floor. This is by far one of the nicest suites in the resort. The views of both the gulf and intercostal are breathtaking at both first light and sunset. Having the kitchen and washer/dryer available for a young family was put to great use. I have no doubt you will find this one of the best deals in the resort and you will find the owners charming to deal with. We look forward to booking our 2013 trip "home" to the Sandpearl.

My husband and I stayed in this unit for 5 nights in mid-September. When I was researching places to stay in Clearwater Beach, the Sand Pearl was more expensive than other places we considered, however, we felt we deserved to splurge a bit since we did not have our kids along. I was thrilled to find this rare VRBO Sand Pearl property since we certainly could not have afforded this same room type/suite going through the resort directly. Bonnie was great to deal with on the phone and via emails – very friendly and professional. The Sand Pearl was a great choice – convenient location, great beach, and we really enjoyed the two restaurants on the property. We hung out at the ocean front bar quite a bit and really appreciated the friendly staff. Even though we rented direct from the owner, it was nice that the staff treated us the same as any other resort guests and we were also greeted with champagne upon arrival. The only thing we couldn’t do was charge items to our room but we just paid directly with our credit card as we went along. We loved the condo – tastefully decorated, clean, lots of space, high ceilings, huge luxurious bathroom (I loved the huge bathtub) and a well-stocked kitchen. This unit is situated on the side of the building and does not directly face the gulf, however, we appreciated that you can see both the gulf/beach and the bay/intercoastal. You do see a few rooftops and parking areas down below but since the unit is on the top floor, it is not a big deal. It was nice to be able to get two different views and also keep a good pulse on the weather (especially since we had a couple of stormy days!) Even though we did not have our kids with us on this trip, we would love to be able to take them to the Sand Pearl resort one day and we hope that Bonnie’s condo will be available for us to rent again. Excellent value and service!

We were fortunate to stay in this unit at the Sandpearl for 3 days last week... we so wish that we could have stayed longer! The unit is beautiful and perfectly equipped; with a gorgeous view of the gulf and bay from the 2 balconies. Everything you need for cooking is in the kitchen (although, we admittedly enjoyed room service as well!) Our young kids were happy on the pull out queen couch, but even happier in the pool and beach! The Sandpearl really has a 'resort' feel to it, lots of kids running around having a great time, while the parents enjoyed delivered drinks from the bar! Lots of nice, friendly people enjoying a great spot. We would very much like to make this an annual tradition (but, ofcourse, for longer!!) Bonnie was great to deal with, compare prices with the hotel, you can't beat this unit! Enjoy!

Fabulous Family Beach Vacation!

The hotel and accommodations were very luxurious as we were greeted with champagne at Check-in. The suite was immaculate and I am quite particular about cleanliness! Our children, ages 3 and 7 loved the easy access to both the pool and the beach. The well-equipped kitchen offered us comforts of home as we enjoyed breakfast and some lunches in the suite. The balconies served as a peaceful oasis for my husband and I as the children settled in for an afternoon rest in the suite. We all four easily shared the massive bathroom and having a washer and dryer available was so convenient. We visited with other families staying in the hotel-owned suites and were astonished with our savings in renting with Bonnie. On a rainy morning we spent time in the Sandpearl's Kids Club Room using the their supplies to make ocean / beach themed crafts - what fun! The surrounding restaurants offered great food and entertainment within walking distance. Thanks to Bonnie for being so accommodating. We will definitely be back - I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Clearwater!

This was one of our best vacations. The location was great! You could walk to restaurants and listen to local entertainers at all the establishment. Our accommodations in the room were great. We had to use the washer/dryer when wine got spilled on my outfit which would have been ruint. My husband loved our balcony which had the ocean view and bay view. The balcony was in the shade in the afternoon so my husband enjoyed a cocktail out there especially since we needed a small break from the sun. Sunsets from the balcony were great. Pool was really nice. Bonnie was great to rent from. She answered all my questions since it was first time renting from VRBO. I would get one of the two rooms that Bonnie rents again in a heartbeat. Has everything that you could want at a great price without all the extra fees. The beach front was beautiful. Some of our favorite restaurants were Clearwater wine & bistro, clear sky beachside, crabby's (if you like oysters), and Frenchy's on the beach.

Property was exactly as stated!!! It could not have been more perfect for our family weekend getaway! Owner was great to work with during booking and providing all of the information needed for the stay. Was super clean when we arrived and service let us know as soon as the room was ready for us! Very close to Tampa airport, quick car ride down FL 60 to property. Much better than just renting some random condo on the beach, as you get most all of the benefits of staying at a resort...parking, bellman to help with luggage as we wrangle the family, restaurants on the property and right next door within walking distance, activities desk, and great swimming pool! There is also a CVS that is right across the street that is great for the stuff we forgot to pack. You could not ask to be closer to the beach...take the elevator down, walk past the pool, and you are on the beach. Beach very well maintained and super clean at property location; we parked the car and only went out once to the aquarium on a windy morning. Would highly recommend eating at Clearsky right next to property and Frency’s cafe that was one block away from property; both had exec let food and great service and the best grouper sandwich! I would recommend this property to family and friends and we hope to make another trip back very soon.

We were very fortunate to experience unusually warm weather and we made the most of it with long walks along the magnificent beach in front of the resort. Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed your "slice of paradise"! The suite was everything we could have asked for! It is clean, spacious, very well appointed and everything is in good working order. The view of Clearwater Beach and the Gulf is beautiful, day and night. The staff at the Sandpearl is amazing - friendly and available whenever you need them. And the price is a huge savings over renting from the resort itself. Thank you for making your suite available to rent!

This property was so perfect for our family. We have stayed at the Sandpearl resort several times and we just love it. This property was absolutely beautiful and had great views of the beach/ocean. We had plenty of room and the place was so clean. We loved having a fully equipped kitchen, especially with teenage boys. We saved a lot of money by eating breakfast and lunch there everyday. We also loved that there was a separate bedroom so we could watch something on T.V. and the kids could watch something different in the family room. Working on all the arrangements was such a pleasure with Bonnie. She was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. The cost was so reasonable compared to the hotel for the same type of room. There were so many great restaurants within walking distance of Sandpearl. Our favorite is The Clearsky Cafe right across the street. Their food is amazing and they have live music every evening. We'll definitely be staying at Bonnie and Terry's place again.

My husband and I spent one week staying here for our "babymoon". This unit is gorgeous and has two beautiful views of the gulf and the intercoastal. The place was sparkling clean and my husband and I are very picky about cleanliness. The layout of the unit is great and the finishes were all top of the line. We had everything we needed in the unit as far as dishes, coffee pot, laundry and dish soap etc. I also greatly enjoyed the large tub in the bathroom for relaxation. The location of Sandpearl is perfect as you can walk to many places to eat and the beach is GORGEOUS. It also is in a quiet area of the beach. The Sandpearl resort compares favorably with top resorts and made us feel very pampered. The pool was wonderful and I also enjoyed my massage at the Spa. While in Clearwater we saw two Phillies Spring Training games which is only around a 15 minute drive from Sandpearl. I highly recommend this unit.

My family stayed here for the 1st 4 days of our FL vac. and it was fantastic. The room is very spacious and clean. Our family of 4 had more than enough room and enjoyed it so much that we returned after our visit in Orlando for another few nights. Bonnie and Terry have a very nice place at the best resort in the area! I would highly recommend staying here. Only problem is we wouldn't stay any other place now after being here...it is literally a little piece of heaven on earth. We will be back forsure!! Thank you Bonnie for the wonderful experience!!
