Contemporary furnishing with all the amenities of home. We are located in the last building of the development for ultimate privacy. The unit consists of two levels.
The main floor has three bedrooms, two master suites and one guest bedroom. The 1st master bedroom has a king size bed, the 2nd master bedroom has two full size beds and the guest room has a queen bed. Each bedroom has an ocean view. The patio off of the living room has a table for 6 surrounded by palms and buganvillas. The dining room has a table that can seat up to 8. The kitchen area has a high bar counter top and seating for 4. The upstairs is a larger private patio area with a plunge pool, lots of seating and a gas grill surrounding by palms for additional privacy. This patio area has a gazebo over a portion of it.
