Our home on Palm Boulevard is an ideal home for corporate retreats, family reunions, large gatherings, or for just a family vacation.
The home has three stories with plenty of space for all to unwind. One of the best features that many vacationers have commented upon is the two living room layout.
The ground floor has a carpeted living room equipped with a TV/VCR which is a great spot for the kids to play and watch their movies. The ground level also has two bedrooms and one full large bath and the washer/dryer utility room.
In addition to the ground level living room, there is also a more formal library/den on the second floor which is great for the adults to have a spot to relax away from the kids.
The second floor has beautiful, Brazilian, cherry hardwoods and also has three bedrooms, two and a half baths, the kitchen (on the ocean corner of the home with ocean views), formal sitting area with fireplace and gas logs, screened porch, and sundeck.
The third floor has a large master suite with huge walk-in closet, Jacuzzi tub, separate sitting area, and private sundeck. The landing area at the top of the steps on the third floor can also be used as the seventh bedroom as it features an additional trundle bed.
