Located just two blocks away from Captiva Village, this vacation destination is snuggled away in a private enclave yet offers the best of the islands. Leave your troubles and your car keys behind; our wonderful Captiva home is centrally located to all the fun!
We are just a stone’s throw from the Gulf. Enjoy the natural and ungroomed beach and languid pace of island life. Spend the afternoon looking for shells on one of the world’s top ten shelling beaches, or watch the sunset with your toes in the sand.
Love to cook? Our kitchen is designed with the “chef” in mind. The cool granite countertops, stainless appliances, glass cook top and drawers full of utensils are just a few of the conveniences you’ll find.
Rather not cook? We are located just walking distance from Captiva Village, with the island’s best and most well known restaurants.

• Enjoy the wacky décor and activities to keep kids entertained at the Bubble Room.
• A Captiva sunset is one of the world’s best. Watch for the “green flash” from the famous oceanfront Mucky Duck Restaurant.
• Looking for the night life? Key Lime Bistro has outside entertainment and plenty of hang-out time.
Have a passion to fish? Our private pier on Pine Island Sound puts you in casting range of species such redfish, snook, snapper and sea trout. Our bay is the home of several manatees and otters that make occasional guest appearances. For those lucky boat owners, our private boat slip will accommodate your vessel up to 40 feet.
“Get your motor running” with a boat rental from Jensen’s Twin Palms…just a short walk away! The friendly Jensen brothers can set also you up with what you need for fishing.
Ready to cruise? McCarthy’s Marina is ready for cruisin’. This is the home of Lady Chadwick which departs for daily runs to Cabbage Key (don’t forget to tape your dollar bill to the wall). Canoe and kayak rentals are also available. New Moon Sailing also offers lunch, dinner and sunset charters.
If you’d rather veg-out by the pool, this is your place! We warm our pool to 86 degrees to keep you happy. Look around to see the neighborhood osprey family, the local ibis clan and our mascot, “Buddy” the blue heron.

Peak Season .. $2400/week
2 Week Minimum Stay.
Deposit-$20% of the rent or $300.00 whichever is greater
plus the booking fee of $38.85 ($35 plus tax).
The final payments are due 30 days prior to arrival in the form of a check.
