Why the Owner Chose Sarasota
I love to see shows, concerts, and opera performances which are all available in the city. I also love good restaurants, antiquing, fine art, and arts and crafts festivals. Sarasota offers it all. I play tennis and my husband is a big golfer and loves the fact that our club offers two courses for a variety.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhouse
Our townhouse is in a prime location. It is next to the tennis club and three short blocks to the Palm Aire country club. Which offers golf, health club, restaurant, and grill room. We are steps away from our own personal swimming pool which is only used by owners on the cul-de-sac. The Olympic pool which has water aerobics is next to the tennis courts.

My name is Arlene and my husband's name is Jerry. I am and interior designer and my husband is an attorney. We live in Monmouth county, New Jersey which is where he practices law. Several years ago we took a trip to Florida, to visit some friends in Sarasota. Until then we had never been to the west coast of Florida. We fell in love with it instantly. There are so many things about this town that are so special including the beaches. By the time we came home, we knew that Sarasota was our home away from home.
