This deluxe three-story beach house has it all! It has recently been remodeled with granite counters, new carpet in the bedrooms, wood flooring in the living area, new bedroom furniture, window blinds, interior paint, new exterior paint and more!
Located on one of Mission Beach's nicest courts, there are separate entrances for all 3 bedrooms, one on each floor. The Master bedroom is on the third floor with view decks in both front and back and Jacuzzi spa. The bed is king size.
The ground floor has a bedroom with twin beds and full bathroom. The middle floor has the open living room/dining area combo with flat screen 42' TV, internet access, fireplace and leather couches. The kitchen with granite counters has dishwasher, trash compactor and a newer SS refrigerator with icemaker and filtered water dispenser. The second floor bedroom has a full size bed and exterior access.
The patio is partially elevated with some bay views, Stainless Steel gas BBQ and an outdoor private shower.
The garage is for one car and has WD. All the toys too; beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas, horseshoes and kids beach toys. There is also two tandem parking spaces.
It is only 50 steps to Sail Bay...150 steps to the Pacific Ocean! The beach is never crowded with no public parking nearby!
Shopping, restaurants, boating, sailing, surfing and everything for a great escape to the beach is ready and waiting for you and yours to enjoy!

Nice clean place. Had a great week. Well stocked with everything we could need. Lots of items for the beach. We brought our own sheets making Saturday checkout easier for everyone. We would go back to this rental again next year.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We found this property to be a great location for our family with little grandchildren. The proximity to both the bay and ocean side beaches offered something for everyone. The bay is great for the little toddlers. Easy walking to restaurants, and other necessities. Have never rented a property better equipped than this one. Great beach chairs, all the beach towels, umbrellas, etc. accommodated every need. Also lots of towels and linens, so all is provided...and a good washer an dryer to handle mid-week wash. Good parking space, just a bit tight to manuever (all the homes have the same situation in this area). The property was a little dated but the accommodations made up for that. For us, there were only two negatives but these would not prevent us from returning: The area is a bit nosey at night because the houses are so close together and the garbage situation required that the neighor's garbage can be set next to this house and right next to our cars. When we arrived it was overflowing (pick up was on Tuesday) and the smell and flies were very unpleasant for a couple of days. That said, we are still pleased that we rented it and its location, near the beach and Sea World, made is a good choice. Thanks Mike.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children.

About the owner: This is the location of a small house that I lived in in college. We built this beach property in 1987 and also built the adjacent property. It has been used as a summer rental since then and a nine month rental in the off season. There have been continueous upgrades since then.
Why the Owner Chose Mission Beach:
The location is 50 steps to Sail Bay on Mission Bay and 150 steps to the never crowded beach and the Pacific Ocean. (Never crowded because there is no public parking nearby.) It is also walking or biking distance to many restaurants, shops and all recreational activities in the area.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The beach house has all the toys; 3 beach cruiser bikes, coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels,horseshoes, bocce ball, kids sand toys,etc. There is also an outdoor private shower to rinse off the sand. The master bath has a jazuzzi and there are two view decks on the third floor master bedroom-both front and rear.
