Welcome to the Maravilla Beach Resort located on Destin's beautiful Emerald Coast. Stay in this lovely, three bedroom, two bath condominium with all of the amenities of home. This condo is unit number 1312. It is located on the 3rd floor of building number 1 with elevators for your convenience. Please No Pets or Smoking allowed inside the condominium. Renters must be at least 25 years of age which is strictly enforced by the Homeowners Association. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, the first bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, the second bedroom is equipped with a set of bunk beds, and the sofa sleeper is a queen size. Summer months have a minimum of a 5 night stay.
This popular beach resort has something to offer to all ages. There are tennis courts, a jacuzzi, an exercise room, two pools, barbecue grills, and lots of room for kids to ride bikes or scooters. The two and a half acre private white sand beach is absolutely beautiful next to the emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico.
This is a great family vacation condo that we take much pride in so that you have the best vacation ever!
