It’s perfectly situated to all of Southern California’s entertainment amenities and very easy to find. We’re located just 60 minutes south from LAX and 30 minutes south of John Wayne Airport in Orange County.
The Palms at Monarch Beach is just up the road from The O.C. Dana Point Harbor and downtown Dana Point. Located towards the northern section of Dana Point, it is just a short 15 min drive into the beautiful and ‘artsy’ seaside town of Laguna Beach. The Palms is also convenient and within a short 15 minute drive (or a 30 minute bike ride for the more adventurous types) from the historic San Juan Capistrano where the Mission San Juan Capistrano and the quaint Los Rios District is surrounded with charming antique shops, restaurants, and art galleries. There’s even a petting zoo for the smaller members in your family!

It was so nice to be able to walk across the street and be at the beach! It was also so wonderful to be able to bring my Golden Retriever, Rosie. Wonderful rental property. Great location! Lower unit with the nicest neighbors above and to the side. Very quiet (never heard the neighbor above) and plenty of parking. The beach is across the street and gorgeous. Lots of stairs but there is also a "tram" that you could use if needed. The pics shown on this website provide a very accurate picture of this unit. Kitchen is well supplied. The boogie boards, chairs, beach mats, and beach towels added to our enjoyment! The only thing that needs improvement were the pillows and bed sheets. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, comfortable, well priced rental. Owners were very helpful and a pleasure to work with.

This condo has all the comforts of home.You can tell that Jeff, the property manager, took great care in creating a wonderful place (with a generously stocked kitchen) for anyone to enjoy their stay. He is one of the nicest people that I have rented a vacation home from. I especially enjoyed the patio, great for evening dinners. This condo is across the street from Salt creek beach and beautiful vistas. Dana Point is a charming beach town and the harbor is worth visiting.

Jeff, We want to thank you so much for everything you did during our stay at your condo. Everything was wonderful and we did not want to leave thie little piece of paradise. This was our first visit from the UK to California and the Palms at Monarch beach was a great place to stay. Vacation Concierge had a straightforward booking system, they were very helpful and were flexible around our booking dates. During our stay a very minor issue (broken towel rail) was rectified immediately. The condo and agent's service fulfilled all of our expectations. Our kids had a wonderful time by the communual pool and the adults enjoyed the spa. Dana Point is a beautiful area to base a stay in SoCal and we also managed a trip to Las Vegas. The grey whale watching was a real highlight and we saw dolphins swimming at every beach we visited. We hope to stay at Dana Point again!
