A two-story Penthouse Condominium apartment in Vail (Lionshead), Colorado is available for rental year round. Walking distance to Lifts, Gondola, Stores, Restaurants, Buses, it's all here.
Located in the heart of Lionshead, a quick walk to the Gondola (now called the Eaglebaun) and chair 8. The Gondola can reach Adventure Ridge day and night. The free Vail town bus stops at the front entrance to the Vail 21 building. .
You will enjoy a two-story condo, which is 1125 square feet, with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Features Fireplace, two balconies, cathedral ceiling, great mountain views, color TV, CD, tape player, VCR, microwave, fully equipped modern kitchen, elevator. Sauna, washer and dryer and hot tub in building. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, other two bedrooms have twin beds. High speed internet connection in unit.
Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Christmas rental payment is due Sep 01. Final payment includes state and local taxes of 9.8%.
Cancellation policy - if more that 60 days prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit will be returned if time period is re-rented but loss of full deposit or payment if not rented. If canceled 60 days or less prior to arrival, all payment and deposited are forfeited. We cannot take responsibility for snow conditions.
Rates are quoted for 6 people or less. We are not geared for small children or large groups. Rentals generally run Saturday to Saturday or Friday to Friday. Arrival is 3:00 p.m. or later and departures are 10:00 am which is the general practice in Vail. All reservations require an $1000.00 deposit within ten days after reservation request. The rate is $3000.week or a nightly fee of $500.00/night, except for Christmas and New Year's weeks, plus Vail and Colorado sales tax.. There are also very low off season and summer rates. May through October the rate is $$150.00 per night. Rentals are general friday to friday. The unit can only accommodate 6 people. One parking place
Vail Ski Area offers a very low season pass, called the Epic Pass.
