  The house was beautiful and had lots of space for the 12 of us that stayed there. The fridge wasn't working right and when we called the owners they came that day and had it taken care of. Location was perfect for everywhere we wanted to go: Disneyland, Knotts, and the beach. Would definitely stay there again and were very impressed with the owners quick response to questions. Only complaint we had was there was hardly any soap in the bathrooms so we had to go buy some. Other than that it was great.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

  Loved this house! It worked very well for our family vacation - which included 4 couples and two young children. The downstairs features two living areas, and there is a third loft area above with comfortable seating and a television. The kitchen is spacious and there is dining seating for 8 in the formal and 4 in the kitchen. Updated, clean, and nicely decorated. The bedrooms included a futon at the foot of each queen size bed which allowed the youngsters their own sleeping area. Although we didn't need them there were 2 large cribs and an assortment of other items for a visiting baby. The location is perfect and close to all the Orange County attractions - Disney, Knotts, the beaches, etc. We would highly recommend this rental. The Nguyens were wonderful to work with, prompt in communication and responsive to questions. Perfect!

  My husband and I rented this home for a week for our wedding ceremony and it was phenomenal. We had family members flying in from out of state and it was such a great place for them to stay. Everyone LOVES LOVES the place. Very spacious with a contemporary look. Everything was clean and welcoming. The owner (Loann) was very friendly and helpful, she responded quickly for every one of our requests. Deposit returned promptly. Convenient location, close to the heart of the Vietnamese town. Great for family vacation! Highly recommend! Would definitely come back again. Thank you chi Loan!

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

  Our family reserved this beautiful home for our Disney vacation in September. Sadly, a few weeks ago, my husband was suddenly diagnosed with cancer and all of our plans have had to change. I contacted David and Loann to tell them of our situation and cancelled our reservation. They graciously refunded all of our deposit even though the 90 day notice requirement had passed. We are so grateful for their compassion and kindness. We are definitely planning on renting one of their homes if we able to vacation next year.

  The location was excellent and the house was in great condition! The convenience of the house to local restaurants and conveniences were great! Should you be in the mood for asian food, Disney, Anaheim, or other Orange County interests, the house is in an excellent location. The rooms were spacious and the house was clean. Basic supplies were provided and everything worked fine. We would definitely look to rent at this location or from the owners again.

  We had a great time at this house. It is very clean, the spaces are great to travel with all the family. It is very close to Disneyland, the beach and shopping centers. We totally recomend to stay at this house, the owners were very polite, they were always in touch with us by email, and send us all the information needed. We hope to visit their other properties soon.

  WE HAD A GREAT TIME AT THIS HOUSE. IT IS VERY CLEAN, THE SPACES ARE PERFECT, ITS GREAT FOR FAMILIES WITH KIDS. THE HOUSE IS VERY CLOSE TO MANY ATRACTIONS AS DISNEY LAND, SHOPPING CENTERS, THE BEACH. THE OWNERS WERE VERY HELPFUL, SENDING ALL KIND OF EMAILS WITH DIRECTIONS, AND INFORMATION OF THE HOUSE. WE HAD A GREAT VACATION

  I rented this house to use for my wedding tea ceremony. David, the owner, is very kind and flexible. He allowed me to stay for 2 nights even though the contract says 3 nights minimum. He was always there on the phone when I need assistance. The house was flawless during my stay. The description of the house does not do its justice. You have to see it to believe it. It was a lovely stay, and definitely not a single complaint about the house, not even a minor one. My family and friends adore the house and took many fliers I highly recommend this house to every one.

  Rental of this house served us very well. We stayed Mon-Fri. There were 7 adults and 2 children(8 & 9). We were very comfortable. I would definitely rent this house again, and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of a house to rent. The owners are very compatible.

  Overall, home was just average. To bad, because with a little TLC and effort, property could be much better. Arrived with dirty dishes in the dishwasher and a poorly equipped kitchen i.e., utensils, pots, pans, etc. If the house claims "sleeps 8-12" then you would think to have matching dishes plates, bowls, etc...looked more like my dorm room from college. Watered down soap dispensers, dirty rugs, stained sofas, budget beds, cheap towels, all reflects an owner who is more interested in saving a couple of bucks than providing an "upscale" experience. Again not awful, just disappointing. Of the 10 home rentals we have used in the last five years, this property would rank number 10. Would I recommend this property...no, you can do better. We booked quickly for a funeral so did not have the advanced time to find a better property.

All I can say is we will learn from this. We have been using the same cleaning company for 3 years and they never failed us. We are not sure what happened this time. But we did forward your comment to the cleaning company. I must say that comparing our 2,700 SQFT, 3-year new home to a college dorm room is probably a bit strange for me to understand. But I do understand that you were probably frustrated. As you can seem, most if not all people who commented on our home gave us 5-star.
