Overall, home was just average. To bad, because with a little TLC and effort, property could be much better. Arrived with dirty dishes in the dishwasher and a poorly equipped kitchen i.e., utensils, pots, pans, etc. If the house claims "sleeps 8-12" then you would think to have matching dishes plates, bowls, etc...looked more like my dorm room from college. Watered down soap dispensers, dirty rugs, stained sofas, budget beds, cheap towels, all reflects an owner who is more interested in saving a couple of bucks than providing an "upscale" experience. Again not awful, just disappointing. Of the 10 home rentals we have used in the last five years, this property would rank number 10. Would I recommend this property...no, you can do better. We booked quickly for a funeral so did not have the advanced time to find a better property.

This house matched the description and previous reviews. Ideal location for most of the things we wanted to do, lots and lots of space, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Also very well equipped, really nice to find a home with a rice cooker. Would stay again if we wanted to be around that area again.

This home was perfect for my family and I. The location was very close to Disneyland which is why we stayed in Anahiem and next to many shopping areas. This property was also well-maintained and very clean. Loanne was very nice and gave me excellent customer service while talking with her through via text/email/phone. I already recommended this property for my friends and other families. We are planning a trip next year to take my son Disneyland and Universal Studios and we would love to stay in this property again. I loved this property so much. It was really our home away from home.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. 4 rooms for 3 families was perfect. Looks newly build, spacious, which means lot of space for 5 kids to play around. Nice location, about 20 mins drive to disneyland. Walmart near by for any needs which came handy as one of our kids fell little sick. Interestingly, the cleaners missed on the toilet papers and there were none in any of the 4 bathrooms which was such a bummer especially we found about it almost around midnight. Had to call the owners which we felt bad about but though may be that the papers were somewhere in the house and just that we were not able to find them. The owners were very nice and immediately arranged for some (borrowed from the neighboring house which I guess they owned too) and then got some more in the morning. Overall a wonderful experience. Nice place if you don't find driving 20 minutes to disneyland.

What can we say about this house….it was amazing! The house is brand new with new everything!! Huge living room, large bedrooms, great kitchen, beautiful furniture, and very close to Disneyland and restaurants. The owners are terrific! Thank you, David & Loann, for being so friendly and courteous. We enjoyed every minute of our vacation! We will surely come back again when we have the chance. Two thumbs way up!!!

We recently stayed at this home during the Thanksgiving break. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The home was clean and well maintained. There was nothing about the house we didn't like. It was very easy to commute to the new Toy Story lots at Disneyland. The owners were easy to deal with. I would recommend this house for your stay in the area.

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

We stayed here in October 2010 for a week, and the house is absolutely beautiful, inside and out. Wonderful marble floors, a great kitchen (with a gas range which was great to see!) with granite countertops and a central island; a very spacious central living room, and upstairs has great hardwood floors and very nice bathrooms and bedrooms. The beds are all full/queen, so couples are certainly better suited for sleeping, but they have several airbeds and couches and can accommodate many different sleeping arrangements. We would absolutely stay here again; the neighborhood is quiet and cozy, and if you like Asian food, you're in the middle of some really great restaurants. There is a Wal-Mart very close by, and a supermarket is not far either. Thanks again David and Loann; we had a great time!

We had a short 3-day stay at this home & found this home Excellent overall. The space distribution, layout & in-house amenities were top quality, providing the perfect ambience and feeling of being at "Home", while vacationing in Southern California. Overall the home was worth every dollar & we certainly look forward to renting the same home next time too.

We stayed for a week, and were very happy. The property is conveniently located — Disneyland and the ocean are close, and access to the various interstates is simple. David and Luann were extremely helpful, responded to any questions we had very quickly, and even came out to fix the wireless router at one point.

We stayed in this house for one week. There were 11 of us (6 adults, 5 children) and it was very comfortable. It is very close to Disneyland. We felt the price was very affordable. The house is nicely decorated and the owners added a lot of small touches that made our stay enjoyable (video game machine for the kids, cable tv, internet, popcorn, tea, drinks, etc.). It is in a rather quiet neighborhood and the garage door opener is the quietest one I've ever heard. We would recommend it.

Great rental house for the entire family. Clean and spacious with central air. Extra room to sleep on the comfortable couches and inflatable air beds. Great location, with numerous restaurants and shopping within a 5 min drive. Only 10-15 min drive to Disneyland. Vendor was very professional and we had no problems with the entire rental process. Got our safety deposit check back in a timely manner. I would recommend this rental to anyone with a large family going to Disneyland.

This beautiful and quiet home was absolutely perfect for our just completed family vacation. Our family of 8 adults was so comfortable in this spacious house. All the bedrooms and the bathrooms are large and the beautiful family rooms and kitchen allowed for fun times. Being so close to Disneyland, the ocean, and the LDS temple was great. We didn't have to spend much time traveling in order to do what we wanted to do. Also the Asian markets and restaurants in the area were wonderful. The owners were so accommodating and nice to work with. We have already told friends about this home and would definitely use it as our home away from home again.

This is such a beautiful home! My whole family stayed in this home in May of last year. We had 8 adults and 6 little kids and still had plenty of room for more. We loved the quiet and easy to find location. Its very close to everything. David and Loann were such great hosts and was very accommodating for whatever we needed. We rented this house for our relatives in town for our daughter's wedding. We are so glad that we picked this house. The house is brand new, beautiful, and spacious. The furniture are also new. The kids love the Play Station video games and toys. The men enjoyed watching the NBA playoff games on in HD on the Plasma TV. I love the new kitchen. I wish my kitchen looks like this. The owners were very personable and accomodating. Most of all, my relatives were very impressed. We definitely will rent this house again and will let our friends kknow about this.

Hi David and Loann, Thank you for opening up your vacation home to us! Not only was the house beautiful, everything was already provided for us. This made our stay that much more comfortable. The spaciousness made it a lot easier to relax after a long day (even though we had 3 families there)than staying in a crapped hotel room. Also, thank you for the video games for the kids!!! This made it much more pleasant for the adults to relax downstairs, while they played upstairs. We would definitely come back and stay at your vacation home... especially because it was so close to Disneyland and Huntington beach. This home was a godsend for a surprised party I was throwing. The place was beautiful and provided the necessary space to accommodate all the guests and their families. The owner was very accomodating and so helpful. The location was so convenient and great for food delivery and purchasing last-minute items. I highly recommend this home for those wanting private parties or any engagements that need a beautiful home in a centralized location.
