Beautiful 4th floor, 1 Bedroom Condo in the Destin West Beach and Bay Resort on Miracle Strip Parkway on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach. Within walking distance there are multiple activities and great restaurants. This unit has a direct view of the balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. Sleeps 6 with king size bed in the master, built-in bunks in a bunk area off the hallway, a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Two bathrooms to help accommodate everyone.
Decorated with a pleasant beach theme with traditional furnishings in vivid colors. Very comfortable furniture will spoil you. Great balcony furniture on large balcony - dining table and chairs. Unit is fully equipped with all luxuries of home and more!
Within walking distance you can visit the fishing pier, no need to bring your rod and reel, they have them with bait right on the pier. You might haul in the catch of the day. Or take a trip to the Gulfarium to entertain the kids and family with the dolphins shows or view a multitude of tropical animals and reptiles to include the alligators and penguins. The kids love this place. Or take in a meal at the Boardwalk or the night life. There are shops at the Boardwalk and one that might be of interest is the shop that has the surf and beach gear and there are also beach kites.
The Kitchen is stocked with all the necessary dishware, cookware and utensils. Fully Equipped kitchen to include: refrigerator, range, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, electric can opener, mixer, & knife set. We have gone the extra mile to Welcome you to our Home Away from Home!
Whether it is just a time to relax in a nice hot tub or get your exercise routine done in our state of the art fitness center, Destin West is ready to make your visit to the Emerald Coast and enjoyable time.
Great balcony with nice dining table and 4 chairs for taking in the ocean breeze while drinking that morning coffee or having an evening drink. Or you may prefer to have your meal served right on the balcony.
An initial setup of paper goods, small bars of soap and dishwasher packet of detergent will help to get you off to a good start. Linens and towels furnished. We do have a washer and dryer right in the unit.

- Shared Pool : This complex has a total of 4 pools. One is the zero entry pool perfect for toddlers and the elderly and it joins to the lazy floating river. Another is one of the largest pools on the island and is on the Gulf side. We have a waterfall pool and a pool that is partially shaded and coverd by a part of the building and perfect for those who can't tolerate a lot of sun. We also have a kiddie pool.

- Our property has 4 pools for your use. On the Gulfside we have the large outdoor pool featured, indoor-outdoor pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, kiddie sprinkle park and a state of the art fitness center. On the Bayside via the pedestrian walk across bridge, we have the waterfall pool, zero entry pool that joins the lazy river, perfect for the yound and elderly, 2 large community hot tubs and of course the lazy river. We have a heated pool on both the Gulfside and the Bayside in the off seasons.
