There is a marvelous view of White Lake and the Channel connecting Lake Michigan from the dining room, family room, and large outdoor deck. You are able to enjoy two beautiful bodies of water by a channel that connects White Lake to Lake Michigan complete with the White River Lighthouse. The property has 170 feet of White Lake frontage complete with dock and boat lift that accommodates up to an 18 foot boat.
There is excellent fishing on White Lake plus nearby Lake Michigan and a number of charter boats are available in the area. Enjoy various dining venues and live theater. Blue Lakes Fine Arts Camp is fifteen minutes away. Bring your golf clubs along to enjoy numerous courses in the area. Michigan's largest water and amusement park, Michigan's Adventure, is only ten minutes from the house by car.
Enjoy the rays of the sun on the beautiful beaches of Lake Michigan and White Lake. West Michigan offers fresh fruit and vegetables at local farm stands. Enjoy biking? Close by there is the 25 mile long Montague/Hart bike trail.
Canoe, kayak, or raft on the wonderful White River that connects into White Lake. At the nearby Duck Lake State Park you can enjoy tennis courts, baseball field, playground equipment, and a scenic beach.

Cancellation fee is 100% of deposit if cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival.
Balance is due prior to arrival by either Money Order or Cashiers Check.
No cancellation fee if cancelled more than 30 days to date of arrival.
A $500 refundable security deposit is due with balance.
50% deposit of rental fee is required upon booking.
Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
To be refunded upon inspection.
