This 1 bedroom condo features great Hawaiian art and a balcony with an incredible ocean and city view. This cozy and warm condo has a great Hawaiian feel and the bedroom features a new king size bed with high quality linens and comforter. The bedroom, kitchen and front room feature all new furniture and rugs.
The bedroom has a dedicated AC unit and a ceiling fan, the front room has fans but no AC, the ac makes sleeping super comfortable. The condo has been newly renovated and has new tile floors, fresh paint and new overhead fans and rugs. The condo has a washer, dryer, full kitchen, dishwasher, coffeemaker, and a full kitchen.
The condo has a dedicated parking spot in the garage and the building is safe and secured with a security personal during the day. There is a ABC corner store within a block and many restaurants and shops very close. The neighborhood is walking friendly and very safe. There is a car rental company right next door as well if you need to rent a car for a day trip.
You can walk down Kalakaua street to all the shops, the international market, resort hotels, restaurants, the beach and many other attractions. The front room has two sofas that can sleep children, or there is a air mattress that sleeps children or adults.
