  We have been coming to Mazatlan for 16 years and this penthouse is by far the best we have stayed at. The views are breathtaking and it is centrally located to everything you need. The owner was extremely helpful and was available if we needed. Property was clean and well maintaned. My children loved the pool on the roof, going to the beach we flew kites several days during our stay. I will recommend this penthouse to my friends and family. We will be back to stay again.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

  We stayed for six nights. What a great experience. Condo is fully equiped and very user friendly. Air conditoner works well and was used throughout the week (it was very hot and humid while we were there). We also enjoyed the pool on the roof of the bulding several times. The view from the condo is breath taking and the beach is directly across the street. Pleanty of great places to dine and shop with a detailed guide book pointing to these places located in the condo which we found very helpful. Transportation is very easy to access from the condo. Spacious balcony which the sunsets were enjoyed from. The over all feel of the condo is new a luxurious. Owner was available at all times to answer any and all questions and was friendly and helpful. All in all an awesome experience and we can't wait to go back.

  This is a fabulous condominium, in the heart of Mazatlan. My family thoroughly enjoyed the amenities the condo had to offer, as well as this magnificent city. The location can't be beat, centrally located between Centro Historico and the Golden Zone with easy access to both areas. The condo is brand new, sparkling clean with everything you need. Bring your bathing suit and enjoy the beautiful beach right across the street! Shopping is three blocks away. We loved it and can't wait to go back.
