Great restaurants, movie theaters, Costco, Sam’s Club, and several shopping malls only minutes away.
Stay the week and visit other Southern California sights.

Beachfront Home on three levels/ 4 bedrooms plus small all purpose room with queen bed and laundry facilities/ 3 ½ baths/ upstairs living and dining room/ downstairs family room.
Parking: 6 cars can park in driveway if everyone parks well.
Beds: 2 queens, one in master bedroom and one in all-purpose room.
6 bunk bed sets (two sets in three bedrooms). These are suitable for adults: good mattresses and space to stick your feet out the end if you are tall, plus three trundle beds.
Some foam mattresses and/or aerobeds available for sleeping on floor.
Master bedroom, large bathroom and shower area will accommodate handicapped person in wheelchair. His and her counter.
Elevator available between first floor and main floor.
Family friendly furniture and furnishings.
Large screen plasma TV in living room with Blu Ray DVD player, smaller TV in family room with a DVD player as well.
Books to read while you relax, many children’s videos & DVD’s.

We spent 4 nights at this house and had a wonderful time!! I was impressed with its complete family accomadations able to allow places for eveyone to sleep and stay. We came from out of state and were pleased to find all of the fun equipment available so we didn't have to rent or bring our own, boogie boards, wet suits, kites, kayak, sea raft, etc, etc. It was also great cooking for large groups with everything from crockpots, cookie sheets and barbeque:). Some of our family were first time beach comers and with all the ocean gear, we completely kept everyone engaged and happy. Great local food as well. Nice big waves and a surfers paradise in November!!!!!!

Seven girl friends just spent their third long weekend at "Sunrise" We were entertained and fascinated by cavorting, dancing, acrobatic dolphins this time. Very Special! The house is extremely clean an well equipped for gourmet cooking, cozy visiting, movie watching and furnished with great comfortable beds. There are wet suits and water sports equipment. The location is to die for. Great walking or swimming beach. Collected sea shells for jewelry making. Something for every level of athlete. I recommend this house to all my friends looking for a large house that is comfortable and kid friendly. We made reservations for our next visit!

I have been here several times now and LOVE it..! The beach is so fun and so CLOSE to the house it makes for a perfect vacation with children.. There are sand dollars out on the shore every morning and sea glass that is so fun to collect. Its an ideal vacation if you want fun, sun and relaxation. :)

We had an excellent time at this beach house and would be happy to stay here again. The pictures on the site are completely underrated. There is a lot of space and it's right ON the beach. Gorgeous views and a relaxed area. A+ by me.

The house is very comfortable with a fantastic "on the sand" location at a nice beach. Lots of beach equipment for families to enjoy. It is very well furnished with cooking needs for a crowd including a large crock pot and large electric griddle. All the many beds are very comfortably dressed and the house is always imaculately clean. The large flat screen tv was a nice surprise this year and there is a good music system as well. It was our second visit and we have reserved again for 2011. We are a group of 10-15 women and we had room to spare.

We had a wonderful time at this beach house. It has everything you need, especially for families, such as beach toys, umbrellas, games, videos. It is a very comfortable house, sleeps plenty of people. We loved seeing the surfers and sunset right from the porch. Thank you!
