BBQ & eat outside, take a siesta, or relax while watching golfers on the course

VRBO Bear stayed here - 06/22/2005 Located just outside of Vail/Beaver Creek in Edwards, CO, we discovered that there is something here for every member of our Bear family/party. From the fabulous 7 decks (1 off of almost every room), to the breathtaking views off the AMAZING rooftop hot tub, to the incredibly well thought out 'Cub' playrooms (located right off of the indoor & outdoor cub/kids play areas), to the golf course (located right outside your front door), we found everything you could ever want in a vacation home. Summer or winter will find any Bear not able to choose from the many things they could do (on &/or off site).

Comfort, charm, and many thoughtful "extras" helped us to relax during our Bear getaway in this gorgeous home. We were able to dine out at some of the many local restaurants recommended personally by the owner himself, and we ate in as well, taking advantage of the spacious, fully equipped kitchen. This home is very appropriate for any group, large or small, and for any occasion! If a Bear is looking for a place to RELAX, kick back and enjoy himself, this is the place! It was difficult for us Bears to leave the little piece of paradise we encountered during our stay in this spectacular mountain home, but we managed to do so in hopes that we would return again in the future.

Signed, VRBO Bear

Why the Owner Chose Other Beaver Creek Properties

We are a very Coloradan family. We love the outdoors, and use this home as our platform for all the great activities the mountains have to offer. Three generations of our family enjoy the Vail Valley year round. The skiing is fantastic in the winter, while the fishing, hiking and and mountain biking take over during the non-stop sunny summers.

The Unique Benefits at this House

- stargazing from the roof top hot tub. Just absolutely amazing
- 7 decks...sunset dinners, early morning coffees, reading a book, afternoon nap.
- Kid's wing with lofts - amazing kid's wing which provides a great setting for the kids to enjoy, while giving the adults some privacy
- 6 separate levels - groups can gather or find privacy
- Carport that easily fits 4 SUV's...no need to clean off all the snow.

From the moment we and our 3 children with their families arrived, we loved your beautiful and spacious home! The arrangement of the home was such that all 4 families felt they had their own space. And the views were spectacular! Location provided easy access to all the happenings in the Vail area. We hope to return sometime. Thank you also, Keith, for such a memorable experience on the river for our two sons-in-law, who said you are a terrific fishing guide and have so many great tips for fishing the Colorado. All in all it was a great visit--thank you!

Ah! Coffee on the deck in the morning(with a golf course and mountain view!), then relaxation on the roof in the hot tub in the evening (with eight million stars to look at) - how could you ask for more? Great Place.

What a nice place to stay. Our group of 12 was quite comfortable in these spacious accomodations. Centrally located in the Vail Valley our group rafted the Eagle River, golfed in Vail and Eagle. We would do it again!

This was a great place to stay! We had family from Colorado, Texas and California and it was big enough to accommodate all of us with plenty of extra room. The balcony off the kitchen got the most use, whether eating dinner, playing games or drinking my morning coffee. The house was very quiet with a beautiful view of the golf course and mountains. Thanks for the accommodations!

Our second stay in your spacious and well equipped home with our four families (11 children, 8 adults). Plenty of room for all and a great space for us to retreat to after a full day of skiing. We'll be back!

We have now stayed at the Wegen house twice (once with 5 families, once w/ 4) and have had wonderful experiences. The house is in ship shape, holds a large group and is in a lovely setting. Keith is great to work with, and we really appreciated being able to rent his Sequoia, too. All around, highly recommended!

Had a wonderful experience in the Vail Valley! Thanks Keith, for the great communication and attention to detail throughout the whole process. We had a small group of adults this time, and had long, hard, awesome ski days (and perfect nights in the roof top hot tub!). But next time would love to bring our 3 kids and another couple of families. This home is set up perfectly for small or large groups. Overall a great few days. THANKS!!

A large group of us stayed in this house for spring break. We had a great time. Plenty of space to spread out, plus a roof top hot tub to boot. Great views of Arrowhead and the valley. Keith was great in seeing to our every need. We are considering a return trip in 2011.
