Spectacular Vacation Mountain Home in Country Club community - Built in 2009! Creatively designed to accommodate 2 families vacationing together or just a romantic getaway for 2 people!

--A Chalet for 2 or 3 people (Lower $$$ Costs) using MAIN FLOOR ONLY (The Lower Floor would be Locked). For your convenience and safety, The home is NEVER RENTED to 2 unknown families at one time!!
--Or use ENTIRE HOME for up to 9 people (Both floors).
We have everything you need: from DISH TV, DVD player, stereo with CD player, all appliances, coffee maker, Weber Gas Grill, Blender (For Happy Hour on the deck), games, pool table, ping pong, board games and don't forget that cozy fire.

--MAIN FLOOR has 1633 sq ft of A/C space with 2 Central A/C-Heat zones, oversized windows and lots of HIGH Glass that surround the cathedral ceilings made of tongue and groove cedar. Enjoy the mountain view from the living room or from the spectacular & HUGE Double Deck (Upper & Lower) across entire front of home which is accessed from the 8 foot glass doors in living room. Beautiful wood floors throughout the entire living area. Master bedroom, master bath (w/jetted tub and separate tiled showered stall), kitchen with stainless appliances, snack bar, living room with wood burning fireplace, dining room, Den(w/computer desk/station and luxurious futon that sleeps 1 or 2), 1/2 bath, laundry room and garage.

--LOWER FLOOR also has 1633 sq ft of living space with 9 foot ceilings and its own Central A/C-Heat: Offers 3 bedrooms (a master suite on its own wing), 2 baths(Garden Tub in bath near Master suite), Full Kitchen, snack bar, pub table, recreation room with pool/ping pong table combo, board games, living room with wood burning fireplace that walks out to lower deck. Everything is NEW (furnishings, beds, etc.) in 2009! You wont be disappointed!

Many Close By attractions are: Only 19 miles North to Highlands, NC and it's Award Winning 5 Star Restaurants.
Tallulah Falls-15 minutes away where you can experience the natural waterfalls and climb-walk them in the State Park.
The quaint crafty town of Helen, GA (approx 30 minutes away) offers Country Crafts/shopping and Tubing (about $5.00 per person).
Just a few minutes north is the famous DILLARD HOUSE and Nantahala/Bryson City where you can white water rafting, go tubing and mining for Gems-Gold. We are Less than 7 miles to the Chattooga River (The River where the movie "DELIVERNCE" was filmed) for close by White Water rafting.
Golf and Full Spa (exercise room, hot tub, indoor pool and salon) are available on a fee basis at Kingwood resort). Just check on the web to see what my community offers!

  • Oct. 12- Oct. 19., 2009 From the moment you step through the front doors all you can say is "WOW". This home was designed and built with a great deal of love. With a downstairs apartment complete with kitchen, stone fireplace and three bedrooms, this house is ideal for family get-togethers or friends that want to vacation together but still want to have their privacy. With two separate living areas with TV's in the upstairs part of the house (which is where my husband and I rented) it's great for couples that have kids and like to watch different things. Bob Cable was extremely easy to work with and very accomodating. Put this all together with the fact it's on one of the best golf courses we've played on in that area, I give it AAAA rating!

We were in the area for a family reunion at Chatooga Belle Farm and found Kingwood the perfect location to be able to enjoy apple-picking, rafting, hiking, etc. The owner was very accomodating and prompt in our dealings with him and we definitely plan to return.   • This is a wonderful home! Exactly as described. We found everything we needed for our stay. Even the light switches were marked, and night lights were available in each room. The sunset views were incredible. The firefly's lite up the trees every evening! Everyone enjoyed their stay. The size of the home gave every one plenty of space to relax in. We would stay again when in the area.
