You'll love sitting out on the Deck that has a great view of the Lake day or night. This condo features a RARE walk-out Deck so you're within steps of the walking path, docks, and the main Pool on the Point! Walk right off the Deck with your fishing poles and drop a line! The additional pool and sandy beach give you several options to cool off and relax!
For the Boaters, our 12 x 30 foot slip is close by and available upon request. Larger slips are available as well. The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be on the 20.5 Mile Marker which is just around the corner from the Grand Glaize Bridge!
For the Ladies' Weekends, all the shopping at the Lake is close by! The Lake of the Ozarks hosts the Factory Outlet Village, the largest Outlet Mall in the State with over 110 factory direct outlets. These stores are jam-packed with famous name brand merchandise at prices that will amaze even the most experienced bargain hunters...25-70% savings. Ask me about special coupons!
For the Golfers, just outside of the entrance to the condo is Sycamore Creek Golf Course. It was VOTED #1 at the Lake in 2007! You've surely heard of the other awesome courses the Lake area boasts!!! All of them are a short drive from the centrally located Ledges Complex. Bring those Clubs!!!

Why the Owner Chose The Ledges
The Ledges is a conveniently located, popular complex in the Heart of Osage Beach. The Ledges offers the hard to find combination of outstanding main-channel views and the serenity of a peaceful no-wake cove. We were very fortunate to find two of the units we purchased in the sought after "Point" building on the tip of the complex. Our third unit is higher up and has a huge view that also overlooks the pool and sandy beach area just behind the building.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
When you're "away" at our condos, you are still close to everything you need including restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and entertainment. Although my family loves being out on the water Boating, we outfitted the condo with fresh decor and furnishings and all the amenities we enjoy at home such as flat panel TV's and home theater systems, comfortable beds, the nicer linens and towels, and well-equipped kitchens. We've since enjoyed days without the boat, just relaxing around the condo, enjoying the views, and hosting Bar B Que's for family and friends.

I grew up visiting Lake of the Ozarks with Family and Friends and have been returning as much as possible ever since. My Family and Friends have always had great getaway's at the Lake. In 2007, we purchased our first condo to be enjoyed by both our family and our guests with plans of offering it as a vacation rental. We had such a great response that we added this condo in early 2009 and a third in 2010. Our goal is to provide a relaxing, worry-free getaway with upscale amenities to accommodate our guests. This was our third year renting this same condo from Jason, and as usual it did not disappoint. It was still as clean as ever, he had upgraded the outdoor furniture and several amenities inside. Kick your shoes off at the door and make your self at home! It's fantastic! See you next year Jason!!

My husband's family rented this condo and another 4 bedroom in the same complex. We really enjoyed them both. This one has great access to the pool and the dock, should you wish to rent a boat. I would recommend both condos.

We loved the condo...was in a excellent location...right on water and right by 1 of the pools. Owner was very helpful and answered my many questions prior to staying there. Kids kept busy and had a good time. Would highly recommend this condo !!

I rented the condo the weekend of Oct 22. It is everything the ad says and more. It is clean and very well maintained. Location is amazing. It was wonderful sitting on the deck in the night. I would rent again!!!

As soon as we walked in the door we knew this was going to be a great stay for our family. Such a clean and inviting place to stay. I definitely would recommend this place to any of my friends. We are considering coming back to the Lake next year - guess where we will stay again? By the way the towels are wonderful!!!

I would highly recommend this property to anyone. Jason is a greta host and the property is in greta shape and has a greta view and awesome location. Well deocrated and very comfortable!! You will not be disappointed. Property is as described. I had 6 adults and three kids and we were all very comfotable.

This was our first time staying in this condo and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Everything was very clean and anything we needed was there. We were very close to the outlet for shopping and the kids enjoyed playing the board games and puzzles that were provided. Our only regret was that we came in December and it was too cold to enjoy the lake. The view was beautiful, though. We would love to come back next summer. Thanks for a great weekend.

This was our 4th annual girls' shopping trip to the Lake. We had never stayed in this condo before; we absolutely loved it! It was so comfortable and only a short way from the parking lot. We just regretted not being able to stay longer!!!
