Found this unit on the Internet and contacted owner/manager by E-mail. His response was quick, accurate and very detailed. Arrived at the Ledges on 4/28/2012. The unit was very clean, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. The main lake sunset view from the deck is awesome. The grounds of the Ledges are very manicured as well. The security of the condo complex and parking areas is fantastic, roving foot patrol. This unit has a very short commute to shopping and the new expressway. Would highly recommend this upscale condo to anyone and look forward to another pleasant stay next year. My deposit refund almost beat me home in the mial. Thanks a million.

Me and my girlfriend rented the condo for a weekend recently and the process was very easy. You can pay online with your credit card which makes things very convenient. Getting there was not a problem, just take 55 and follow the directions that the manager gives. The place was really nice, spacious, clean and the furniture was well kept. There is enough room if you go with a small family, kids or a small group of friends. Cable, internet, everything you need while at the condo. And when you are not in the condo you can go to the lake, rent a boat, go to the running trails, different restaturants with an excellent view of the lake. The outlet center is also close in case you wanna spend some time shopping (they have good deals). Overall, I would recommend this place. We had a great time.

This was our third year renting this same condo from Jason, and as usual it did not disappoint. It was still as clean as ever, he had upgraded the outdoor furniture and several amenities inside. Kick your shoes off at the door and make your self at home! It's fantastic! See you next year Jason!!

My husband's family rented this condo and another 4 bedroom in the same complex. We really enjoyed them both. This one has great access to the pool and the dock, should you wish to rent a boat. I would recommend both condos.

We loved the condo...was in a excellent location...right on water and right by 1 of the pools. Owner was very helpful and answered my many questions prior to staying there. Kids kept busy and had a good time. Would highly recommend this condo !!

I rented the condo the weekend of Oct 22. It is everything the ad says and more. It is clean and very well maintained. Location is amazing. It was wonderful sitting on the deck in the night. I would rent again!!!

As soon as we walked in the door we knew this was going to be a great stay for our family. Such a clean and inviting place to stay. I definitely would recommend this place to any of my friends. We are considering coming back to the Lake next year - guess where we will stay again? By the way the towels are wonderful!!!

I would highly recommend this property to anyone. Jason is a greta host and the property is in greta shape and has a greta view and awesome location. Well deocrated and very comfortable!! You will not be disappointed. Property is as described. I had 6 adults and three kids and we were all very comfotable.

This was our first time staying in this condo and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Everything was very clean and anything we needed was there. We were very close to the outlet for shopping and the kids enjoyed playing the board games and puzzles that were provided. Our only regret was that we came in December and it was too cold to enjoy the lake. The view was beautiful, though. We would love to come back next summer. Thanks for a great weekend.

This was our 4th annual girls' shopping trip to the Lake. We had never stayed in this condo before; we absolutely loved it! It was so comfortable and only a short way from the parking lot. We just regretted not being able to stay longer!!!

This is the third stay in this condo. The condo was very comfortable and homey feeling. The kids had a blast playing on the beach, swimming in the lake with the little fish and playing in the pools. We enjoyed fishing off of the dock every evening and morning. The water was too choppy this time for us to rent Seadoos, but we had fun getting away from home. Jason implemented our comments and feedback from last time. Great job again Jason!

On the way there MapQuest gave us a dead end street. But the great condo made this a minor inconvenience. It was so nicely furnished -- had a soft cushy recliner, really good for grandpa's naps. With five teenage grandchildren Grandma and I never turned a hand. They cheerfully moved luggage in and out from the convenient parking places, did all the shopping 15 minutes away, cooked home meals in a great kitchen, cleaned up, and kept thanking us for such a nice place. The seven of us tried the pool but we much preferred swimming with the condo's tubes in the lake right in front of the condo -- perfect temperature (August). I can't vouch for the TVs, for we were too busy enjoying the place to turn it own. With our own slip out front, we rented a boat for a day and ate at a terrific Cajun restaurant on the lake. But of course, the kids ordered hamburgers! From our boat we could get up close and take pictures of their awesome parasailing. Horseback riding. Pancake breakfast out. On our last day they said "Let's stay home (which it became) and just "soak up" the condo. We did and watched another beautiful sunset. Then the four girls paired off and did some private bonding before bedtime. Five perfect days! Jason was VERY kind and generous regarding a chair brace that we broke. Next year? My wife and I hope so: "if the creek don't rise".

Wow! What a great condo! This was our 6th Anniversary Girls trip to the lake, and in the past we had always stayed in another condo owned by someone else. This year we decided to upgrade, and it was the best decision we ever made! The condo is beautifully furnished, spacious and very clean. We felt at home from the minute we walked in the door and dropped our luggage. We've already booked for next year and can't wait! Thanks Jason!

We could not have asked for a more beautifully decorated condo. It did not feel like it was just a "rental condo" at all. It truly felt like home. Not only that, it had every item you could ever imagine needing or wanting. We had great fun with the many boxes of games to play on a rainy day. The comfy leather furniture, great televisions, the proximity to the pool and docs...the list could go on and on :) Without any doubt, this is our condo that we will choose EVERY time we go to the Ozarks. Jason, you were such a pleasure to work with to arrange our stay. Thanks so much!!!

This was our second time staying at The Ledges but our first time in Jason's condo and I must say we were very impressed! The decore was very tasteful, and relaxing. Everything that we needed was right there. The kids loved having the pool so close and the adults loved the view of the main channel from the deck. Thanks again Jason. We will definetly be back!

Once again WOW!!! That's all we can really say about this place. This was our second time using Jason's place (our first being the larger condo) and all we can say is WOW! The location of this one is awesome, so close to the pool and dock. My family had a wonderful time and once again we loved the accomodations, decorations, having all of the supplies you need down to a first-aid kit if needed! Thanks Jason for providing such a wonderful place!

The condo is located steps from the pool, at waters edge, with a great view of the main body of lake. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for the perfect vacation. I look forward to staying there on my next trip to Missouri and highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks.

Very nice and updated condo! Very user friendly and kid friendly as well. Definitely a great location, parking is very close and the pool is very close as well. Close to everything, shopping, golf, food and entertainment. We will definitely stay here again and possibly use their 4bd unit as well! Thanks for a great vacation!

This condo was awesome! We could not have asked for a better place to stay. It was so clean and decorated really nice, we really felt at home. We especially enjoyed having a stocked kitchen because we stayed in and cooked for almost every meal. I especially liked the Bose sound system. Everything was really nice and we would definitely recommend it to other people and even stay there again when we come back!

The condo is decorated in a way that is homey and comfortable, without feeling like you are invading someone else’s home. Furnishings were very tasteful, functional, and very kid friendly; we didn’t need to kid proof the place before turning the kids loose. Location, Location: Beautiful view; we spent hours watching boats and the local wildlife. The A/V entertainment setup is awesome. We had to spend several days indoors due to rainy 40 degree weather and a sick kid. We really appreciated the condo on these days and did not feel like we lost any of our hard earned vacation days hanging out in the condo. Deck setup worked very well, i.e. grill and deck furniture. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels and big bathrooms for a condo. The kitchen worked out very well for us and our family’s need for healthy home cooked meals versus eating out. Our children had fun playing on the beach with their sand toys even though the water was freezing (mid-April). All of the residents we met were very friendly and inviting. We have booked another trip back to the condo later this year.

My wife, two kids and I stayed in this property and thought the condo was great from top to bottom. The decor was nicer than what you see in most condos and the kids loved the bunk beds! We look forward to staying here again this summer.
