Beautiful single family home located within gated, guarded community. All furnishings, equipment are of high standard, relax by our pool after a long day at the theme parks, or visit the community pool to meet your neighbors.
Games Room and Gym are available at the club house within the community, and are free for our guests.
Coffee/tea are served in the clubhouse at breakfast time, and there is also an internet cafe.
Special requests - we will do our utmost to provide you with anything you may need during your stay.

Year Purchased: 2008
Hi, my name is Mike and my Lovely wife is Christine, we hail from the land of bagpipes and kilts and we moved to Florida in 1997. We are products of the Baby Boomer era and we have 1 daughter Leona, and together with her husband David have gifted us with 3 beautiful grand-children, Ryan, Taylor and the baby Kris.
WE decided to buy our Villa in Paradise so that our Family and friends could enjoy some of the wonderful surroundings here in the sunshine state.
Why the Owner Chose Solana
We decided to buy our Villa in the Solana Resort primarily because it was a private Gated Resort and was very new, had a fantastic Clubhouse and tons of amenities, large heated Pool, private Cabanas, games areas such as volleyball all of which complimented our high Quality Villa with its own Pool etc. The location was also important as we wanted it to be close to the Theme Parks, its only 15 mins to Disney, but not on US192 which can become a car park at certain times of the day.

The key for us is comfort and quality and we have gone out of our way to make this Villa a model for vacation living, it has all of the amenities your would expect and probably the only Villa in the area with an Air Conditioned Games Room, housing Pool Table , Air Hockey, Ping Pong, Darts and much more.
