Lovely contemporary home located in midst of redwoods, yet close to downtown Guerneville and local, small private beach or approx. 1/4 mile to popular Johnson's Beach.
There is a lot to do within walking distance or on the river. It is only a ten-minute walk to town for snack, ice cream or dinner.
The house has large skylights and the redwoods are visible from every room; enjoy the cozy fireplace in the evenings, large deck for BBQ along with nice firepit, or just relaxing in our 6-person spa in the lower yard, enjoy the calmness and privacy, with our meandering pond, or just read in our large backyard swing.
Master bath has both tub and separate shower, so you can relax, have a bubble bath and enjoy the redwood view. The small nook has computer station where you can use Wi-Fi connection.
Yard is completely fenced for Fido. Downstairs patio also has seating for four
You can drive to Armstrong Woods Park, hike your heart out among the oldest and tallest redwoods in the country; or drive to the ocean with a picnic (supplies for you to take along) to Dillon Beach, Duncan Mills, Bodega Bay or on up to Fort Ross. There are many places to explore within a short drive; not to mention Russian River's famous wineries; as well as Osmosis, an international spa stop.

My daughter and I decided to pursue vacation rental as a part-time business. We both love the area with the river, redwoods, and close to the ocean. Still can't believe how the magnificent redwoods are so accessible. Sonoma County is tops in our book!!
The Unique Benefits of this Beautiful 3 Bedroom House
We go hiking in Armstrong Woods, take our dogs to the beach, take our family to Bodega Bay; go paddle-boating and kayaking; but really enjoy walking down to dinner or breakfast in Guerneville
and when friends or family visit, we take them to Bodega Bay to Dillon Beach for a picnic.

Your house is awesome!!! The hot tub is pretty amazing too. We went to the river a lot and we loved that rope you swing off. Oh, by the way, we are Russian so it's interesting to see all those Russian names of streets around. Anyways, we loved your house!!! thanks!

We stayed in this house to prepare for my wedding. What a wonderful thing to have a home to stay grounded at. With all the crazy preparations and many people to see, this was an oasis of calm for my (now) husband and I. We cut flowers in the kitchen; and stored wine, booze and all of the wedding supplies in the garage. What a place! So many stars, I felt like I was in space! Thanks again.
