The Penthouse unit has 4 spacious Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms and occupies both the 4th and 5th floors. It has a full Kitchen, two front balconies that over look the "Romantic Zone" and beautiful Pacific Ocean and two semi enclosed rear patio common areas. Contact us via e-mail for a video tour or to find out more information on renting the whole house which will sleep up to 22 people. Daily Maid Service is included and a cook is available for an additional fee. Easy walking distance to the Ocean, Restaurants and Nighttime entertainment.
The kitchen is on the 4th floor and is complete with granite counter tops and bar, a refrigerator, 4 burner stove w/oven, microwave, coffee pot and blender. A full compliment of dishware, cups, glasses, wine glasses, margarita glasses, shot glasses, pots, pans and utensils is ready for your use. There is a television with local cable connection in the living room. The front balcony is accessed through hand made French doors in both the living room and the dining room. We used the finest granite, Amapa hardwoods and Mexican tiles in the decor of this unit when we added it in 2006.
Bedroom #1 is on the 4th floor. It has two Queen size beds, private bathroom and a window that faces the garden and spiral stairs. (You can see this window in the pictures above)
Bedroom #2 is also on the 4th floor. It has a King size bed and a bathroom that is accessed from both the bedroom and a hallway door near the kitchen.
Bedroom #3 is on the 5th floor. It has a King size bed, private bathroom and French doors leading to a front balcony with incredible ocean, downtown and jungle views. This room has it's own mini refrigerator and TV.
Bedroom #4 is on the 5th floor. It has a King size bed, private bathroom and French doors leading to a front balcony that it shares with bedroom #1. It also has it's own mini refrigerator and TV.
The Penthouse unit is accessed through private entrances located in the semi enclosed back patio areas next to the spiral stairs. Rental of this unit also allows you access to all "Common Areas" which include the covered patio/garden on level #4, covered patio on level #5 and the Terraza on level #6 which includes a wet bar, sun deck and infinity pool. Exclusive Rental of the entire house is also available which will give you a total of 9 bedrooms that will sleep up to 22 people or just give you the entire house to yourselves.
