The town house is a three bedrooms with patio, big terrace, pool access, balconies with view on the golf course of Pals. l.5 Kilometer from a huge sandy beach on the Mediterranean sea, 7 kilometers from Medieval Town of Pals.
Located in a wooden residential area. You enter the property threw a private gate with parking for 2 cars, front terrace with rock garden, lemon, orange and very old olive tree.
Stairs to go up to backyard with big furnish terrace and covered dining area, big BBQ and beautiful private garden.
From the back of the house you have access to a quiet community pool and garden. The house is on three levels:

My husband and I are from Montreal, Canada. We have been married for more than 35 years. We work in the clothing business since 1973. We love traveling, love the sea and enjoy golfing. We bought this house in 1999. We felt in love with his situation. It is quiet, near the beach, infront of a golf course, a tennis court.
