Only access is by boat. Deep water dock included. Beautiful west facing sunsets thru the cedar trees.
1940 cabin is original and rustic with open exposed stud walls, vaulted open ceilings, step saver kitchen, with breakfast bar, has frig & sink with hot water, microwave, cook top burners living room wood burning fireplace, nice big screen porch facing the lake.
The property has 100 feet of lakeshore, and abuts a large wooded park out back.
15,000 acre lake with 100 plus miles of shoreline.
City of Excelsior is approximately one mile boat ride, full service marina only 1/2 mile away.
This cabin does not have a lot of the conveniences that would normally be found in a mainland rental. It's a campers special. Full working kitchen and 3/4 bath. Tenants need to bring their own sheets and towels, pillows. Please bring your trash with you. Thanks
