Private dock across the street for Kayaking, fishing and water access to the salt water ponds with access to the ocean. Our charming cottage is located in the quiet SeaLea community. Family members are available to assure continued quality throughout your stay.
The cottage itself is a perfect beach house, well kept and nicely decorated. It is on a corner lot with Green Hill Pond and the private dock across the street, a deck for lounging, an indoor fireplace for cozy nights and an outdoor shower. Lovely gardens surround the house.
There is easy access to a deli, ice cream, pizza, video rental, food & fish markets, farm stands, restaurants, pharmacy and kayak/boat rentals. All are only a few minutes away. We're in close proximity to Newport RI, Watch Hill RI, Wickford RI, Foxwoods Casino CT, Mystic CT, golf, mini golf, water slides, antiquing and the Block Island Ferry.
