Great place to stay for ATV and Mountain Trail Riding

Staying in Mesquite was a winter getaway for us to experience warmer weather and ride the mesa's and mountain trails in the Logandale and Mesquite, NV and St. George, UT areas. The Virgin River Mountains and areas near Lake Mead were just the place for us to enjoy one of our favorite sports. With a new Yamaha Rhino or our Chevrolet Avalanche, we explored Flat Top Mesa, Whitney Pockets, Virgin River Mountains, Beaver Dam Wilderness Area and the Valley of Fire. We loved relaxing each night at the condo which was clean, well-stocked with all necessities. We used the Fitness Center each morning and enjoyed our walks around The Springs complex. We had 5 family members stay with us the first night and last on their way to and from Disneyland. Perfect for sleeping 7 of us. The condo is right in the middle of everything just as described by the owners. We were so lucky to have 65 degree weather the first week of January but the average is 52-55 and we were ready for that too. Thanks for renting such a beautiful, relaxing place for this "snowbird" couple (and some family) who doesn't gamble, doesn't golf but loves to get out into nature. Thanks Kelly and Heather for everything!

Condo was super clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. All on one level. The owners were very easy to work with We really enjoyed our stay at the Springs. Highly recommend renting this unit. Keyless entry was a great feature. Don't forget to check out Tuacahn outdoor theatre in St. George. They do the most amazing musicals.

My firend and I stayed at this condo last year in May and it was simply wonderful. It was all that was promised and then some. It was so close to everything and easy to find. The owner was so great to work with so we are planning this years girls getaway next month and will book this condo again. We can't wait!

The four of us were so pleased with our condo choice in Mesquite. From the moment we walked in the front door we knew we were at a "home away from home". It had everything we needed as far as kitchen items, linens, towels, blankets, pillows etc. The beds were really comfortable. Bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining room were furnished nicely. The condo was spotless which is so appreciated. We enjoyed some pool time each day. The complex is clean, well maintained and quiet, yet very close to all downtown activities. The owners are remarkable to deal with. Thanks Heather and Kelly for a great stay.

Mesquite holiday

We found the condo to be very clean, comfortable and had all the comforts of home. It was conveniently located and Heather provided excellent directions so it was easy to find. The entire complex is clean and well cared for. Heather was very quick in responding to any questions we had. It was great to have a garage to park the car in so we didn't feel the need to unload everything from it every day. Our only disapointment was that there wasn't a BBQ which we had looked forward to having. We enjoyed our vacation in Mesquite and would certainly stay there again.

Also the are Charcoal briquette BBQ's located next to the pool there are actually 6 of them. We are not allowed to have gas BBQs stored outside of the property and it just takes too much room in the garage. So yes there is a BBQ and there is always a great selection of Briquette choices at the local Walmart or the Family Dollar store around the corner. Thanks for your very nice comments.

This was a great place to stay. With 7 of us, we would need two hotel rooms and that adds up pretty fast. We loved the idea of the town home and having two separate bedrooms and bathrooms and a living room and full kitchen. The place was clean and cute. I felt that they really tried to think of everything you would need while being there, right down to the coloring books which my little ones enjoyed. We loved the big park across the street and spent lots of time there. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub (briefly, it was still fairly cool for that), I felt they were a little small but that wasn't the focus of our trip anyway. I liked the keypad lock system as well. Made it nice to not have to worry about keys. It was nice to have a garage as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Mesquite. It is a perfect place for the family at a price that you can afford. Kelly was also always answering my calls and very attentive to my many questions. We will be back here to stay for sure if Mesquite is our destination for vacation.

Heather Thanks for your note regarding our stay in your Townhome. We enjoyed our stay very much and found the townhome very comfortable. We especially appreciated your door code system and not having to fumble with keys, etc. We thought the decorations in the house were very nice and made it feel very homey. It seemed to be very quiet around the complex even though I think a lot of the golfers for the Long Drive tournament were there. Not that we're big gamblers, but were sure surprised to find the Oasis closed. If we get in the area in the future I will certainly contact you to see if your unit is available. I keep a diary of all the houses, townhouses, hotel, etc that we stay with comments for our future review & travels. Thanks again so much and have a wonderful Holiday Season! Linda Marten
