Come enjoy Sunny Mesquite, a Golfers Paradise - in a brand new 1,100 square-foot Townhouse with Garage that is close to everything Mesquite has to offer! Walking distance to/from Casino's, Restaurants, Brand New Theatres, Parks, Swimming Pool, Trails.

This unit is beautifully decorated, and is animal friendly - for Dogs under 30 lbs, we do charge an extra $10/night; dogs over 30 lbs we charge an extra $20/night.

It is very spacious, with an open Kitchen (fully-equipped), Dining Room (comfortably seats 8) and Family room area with Large 37" Flat Screen. 1 Master Bedroom with a King Size Bed, and Chair that folds into a full-size bed, if needed. A Large bathroom in the hallway. Another bedroom with 2 Queen Size Beds and private bath. Each Bedroom is equipped with a TV for a more comfortable viewing.

So why stay in the Hotels when you can stay in a "Home away from Home!"

    Heather Thanks for your note regarding our stay in your Townhome. We enjoyed our stay very much and found the townhome very comfortable. We especially appreciated your door code system and not having to fumble with keys, etc. We thought the decorations in the house were very nice and made it feel very homey. It seemed to be very quiet around the complex even though I think a lot of the golfers for the Long Drive tournament were there. Not that we're big gamblers, but were sure surprised to find the Oasis closed. If we get in the area in the future I will certainly contact you to see if your unit is available. I keep a diary of all the houses, townhouses, hotel, etc that we stay with comments for our future review & travels. Thanks again so much and have a wonderful Holiday Season! Linda Marten

Easy access, clean, close to everything, pool, hot tub, weight room, clean, and did I mention clean?   • This was the perfect condo for our family which includes grown children! There were four adults in our group, but the unit can comfortably handle six adults. It was well-located as well as well-stocked. It is neat, clean and well-maintained. We rent around the world through vrbo several times a year. The payment for the rental was easy and convenient.   • This is a beuatiful Community, mush better than I expected. When I was down here I found that this is some of the Best Golf in the West, some of the best RV and motorcycle riding anywhere, and a Meca for all outdoor sports. Vegas is only 1 hour away or I walked to 2 casinos in less than 5 minutes fromthe place. Also the heated Pool and gym were great!!! I will be back for sure HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I MAKE RESERVATIONS? Difinatly 5 stars out of fine. Clean and great owners to deal with.
