This is a fully furnished new 2800 square foot home in a quiet neighbourhood. It is a five minute drive from the airport, Okanagan Lake beach and Skaha lake beach. A neighbourhood market is a short 5 minute walk or the malls are a 5-10 minute drive.
For children, there is a school playground complete with new playground equipment to run off their energy which is a 5 minute walk away.
There is parking for 2 vehicles in front of the house with street parking for the other vehicles. A boat or RV can be accomodated. This is a non-smoking, pet free home which offers central air conditioning, fireplace, LCD television with DVD, satelite and wireless high speed internet.
The house plan is an open concept with laminate and ceramic flooring in the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with all dinnerware and cooking supplies, fridge, stove. dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle and blender. A gas BBQ is located on a patio off the kitchen. The laundry facilities which include a washer and dryer are located in the house. Laundry soap is provided.
All the bathrooms are a 3 piece with toilet, sink, tub and shower. All the linens are stocked for the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms.
