Featuring vaulted ceilings throughout, it surrounds you with both nautical and Hawaiian themes to enhance your sense of a tropical paradise experience.
Located on a quiet side road just a seven minute walk to famous snorkeling destination, Tunnels Beach, you can glimpse an often empty beach from the lanai and living room. Banks of sliding windows open in multiple combinations to take advantage of the tropical breezes. A short 90 second walk brings you to the beach and as you turn to the west you view spectacular Makana (Bali Hai) and the Na'Pali coast.
One and a half miles further finds you at Kee' Beach, renowned for it's spectacular sunsets. This is the end of the road on the north shore. Retrace your way across seven one lane bridges to quaint Hanalei town and a gourmet meal, shave ice, or a glimpse of local color at a Farmers' Market featuring tropical fruits and flowers of all descriptions.

This little bit of paradise retains the old Hawaiian feeling of life in Haena. It's set in a quiet neighborhood just steps to a beach access. We have stayed here multiple times as a family and a couple enjoying all it's charms and comforts. The owner and housekeeper have always shown every bit of the true Aloha hospitality. We would gladly return!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

This house lives up to its photos. Lots of space for a family or a group. Total of five mattresses, some firmer than others. Peaceful sleeping until the roosters crow! Lovely cabinetry and panelling, charming souvenirs of the ocean. Well-equipped kitchen, tons of towels. A block from a beach, a kilometre from safe swimming and snorkelling (Tunnels Beach.) Would happily return!
