  Pictures do not do the cabin justice! My friends and I visited Hidden Bear for a relaxing girls weekend to celebrate my upcoming wedding. The intricate details and special touches make this place one of a kind. The Irelands truly make each guest feel welcome. We liked being close to Egg Harbor, yet also enjoyed the peacefulness of the outdoors. I loved this cabin so much and couldn't wait to share the experience with my fiance so we will be returning in the fall for a mini honeymoon! If you are looking for a place to stay in Egg Harbor I would strongly recommend Hidden Bear.

  We loved our stay at Hidden Bear Cabin. It was so full of delightful surprises. We felt comfortable and right at home. All the special touches the Irelands have made are fun and very endearing. The best snow shoeing was in the woods right out side the cabin. Anyone looking for a wounderful place to enjoyed a magical time and truely relax should reserve Hidden Bear cabin. It's as enchanting and charming as they come. Thank you Sharen and Charlie.

  Thank you for opening your home to us. The cabin was architecturally beautiful in a lovely wooded setting. The cabin was very clean and new. The owners were quick to respond to our initial inquiry and were very nice . I would highly recommend their cabin. We hope to rent from them again.

  The pictures do not do this home justice. It is a beautiful space with plenty of room. My husband and I stayed for three nights in January to celebrate our honeymoon. We spent most of our time in the sitting room, watching movies and reading in front of the fireplace. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking your own meals, and we loved having WiFi. Home is easily accessible from Hwy 42 and is a great jumping off point to explore the rest of Door County. We hope to be back in the future with friends as the space could easily sleep up to 8.

  My boyfriend and I rented the cabin as a pre-Christmas vacation and loved every second of it. The cabin has all the modern amenities you'd ever need from wifi to a gas fireplace, from laundry facilities to satellite television (though the we didn't get the Packer game to come in so that was only moderately frustrating). We made all our meals in house and every pot, pan or cooking utensil we needed was supplied. The views are gorgeous - you are completely surrounded by woods. We arrived with freshly fallen snow and it was beyond picturesque. It is warm, inviting, well decorated, and spacious. I can't say enough good things about our stay here - we'll definitely be coming back!!

  We stayed here for a kid-free relaxing weekend. It was great! Cabin was very clean, private and cozy. Sharen answered any questions we had and was a delight to talk to. We will definitely be back.

  Fantastic cabin! We took a short trip for our honeymoon to Door County, and are so glad that we chose Hidden Bear! It is a short distance from downtown Egg Harbor, yet it is out in the woods, away from everything. We are definitely planning on visiting Door County again, and when we do, hopefully Hidden Bear is available again!!!

  Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hidden Bear. Every time we turned around we found another 'treasure' on a shelf etc. The workmanship put into this log cabin is excellent. Very clean, quiet and relaxing. Close to Egg Harbor and surrounding communities. Second Story restaurant in Ehpraim has excellent quiche! Sorry guys! Would highly recommend this to all.

  My husband and I recently took a weekend trip to Door County; we were looking for a relaxing getaway to celebrate my birthday and rest before the arrival of our baby! This place is a gem, it is mere minutes from downtown Egg Harbor and has more charm and character then anyplace we have ever stayed before. The cabin is just stunning and very QUIET! It is equipped with everything you could possibly need. We plan to return next year, and I am looking forward to doing some wine tasting the second time around!!!
