Sleeps 6; master bedroom with queen, guest bedroom twin beds (toddler rails avail), New queen pullout couch and Pack & Play. This unit is the closest Eaton unit to the Fletcher and Arbor pools both less than five (5) minute walk. Toilet, Bath & Body supplies provided. Best location within Ocean's Edge, this is a lovely, well- appointed condo. The owners take special care to ensure the upkeep of the property and the renters' satisfaction. We have stayed here for 5 summers in a row and are planning for #6!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

The condo was great. It was clean, updated, and was very convenient to the Fletcher and Arbor pools. The grounds of the property were beautiful. It was nice to walk to the different pools and restaurants. The activities at the resort were great too.Recommended for: Families with young children.

Year Purchased: 2005
About the owner: The Cooper family consists of Pippa (7), Freya (3), Wendi and Brian. Wendi and Brian met in the sixth grade and married 28 years later on the Cape. Wendi and Brian were both born in Rochester NY, lived in Chicago and England after college and currently reside in Stamford, Connecticut. The family spends as much time on the Cape and at Ocean Edge as possible, in our opinion there is no grater facility on Cape Cod for family vacations. We have been fortunate; we have had over sixty great renters, many who have stayed for multiple consecutive summers. We understand that renting over the internet is disconcerting to many people, please call if you have any concerns or questions, it best to talk directly to the Owner. Why the Owner Chose Brewster:
Since this is our second home we are constantly upgrading and re-furnishing the unit. We have tried to stock the unit with everything possible, including kids stuff, so you don’t need to pack the car to the roof . If there is something you need from an iron & ironing board to a tea kettle we have tried to provide it. If we don't have it, it can usually be arranged.
