It can be found at the Legacy Park Village, a prestigious development which provides the ultimate in luxury and privacy. The villa is tastefully furnished to the highest standards.
Villa Retreat is a 4 bedroom fully air-conditioned villa located in the peaceful setting of Legacy Park Village. Just off Highway 27 and very close to Highway 192 with all it restaurants, shops and attractions and is approximately ten minutes drive to Walt Disney World. The prestigious Champions' Gate golf course is only five minutes away
Convenient shopping with a 24-hour Wal-Mart superstore and Publix are less than five minutes drive from Villa Retreat. A pharmacy, bank and Post Office are also within a few minutes' drive away.
The non-smoking villa consists of a large family room, a large TV/Dining area with a tiled floor and Patio doors leading to the private pool. Quality Patio furniture with sun loungers are provided on the pool decking. The Pool area is fully enclosed to provide guests with complete privacy and optional electric pool heating is available on request.
The Master bedroom has a king sized bed, a large walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. There is a second master bedroom which has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. There are two twin rooms with single beds. These are served by a further bathroom/shower. There is also an additional toilet/washbasin leading to the pool. All Four bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans. For guests with infants a cot is provided.
Legacy Park is a sought after location within easy reach of all Disney Parks, but a quiet and peaceful Resort.
