Come and relax at our newly renovated condo in the pines! Conveniently located near Pinehurst and Southern Pines, this 2nd floor, 1350 square foot condo unit is equipped with everything to make your visit relaxing and enjoyable. The master bedroom has a magnificent king size bed, private bath, and an entrance out to the balcony. A second bedroom has a queen size bed and private bath. A sleeper sofa folds out to make another queen bed. Lots of room, yet provides privacy as needed.
For those interested in golf, some of the most famous golf courses in the U.S. are right down the road. Talamore, Mid South Club, Mid Pines, National Club, and Pine Needles are all located along Midland Road, which is within 5 minutes of our unit. Pinehurst is about 7 miles away, and is easily accessible from Midland Road. Even if you aren’t a golfer, the charming towns of Pinehurst and Southern Pines are nearby. Antiques, shopping, and fine area restaurants are all available year-round.
Our unit is approximately 45 minutes from Fayetteville, where Fort Bragg is located. Several military families have stayed at the condo during visits with their family members who serve in the military.
Other interesting local attractions are the world famous pottery district which begins about 15 miles west of Pinehurst. The Sandhills Horticultural Gardens are about 10 minutes away, Cameron antique district about 20 minutes.
Our unit has recently been renovated and is located on the 8th hole at Hyland Hills Golf Course. We provide everything you need for a great vacation. All linens, appliances (washer and dryer in the unit), and dinnerware are available for your use. Free Wi-Fi is also available, so be sure and bring your laptop!
Affordable nightly rates are our specialty. Weekdays and weekend rates are the same. We offer a rate of $85/night for both weekday and weekends. Weekly rates are $550. Monthly rates are $1600. There is a $60 cleaning fee. No maid service is available.

The Condo is beautiful and beautifully furnished. Everything we needed was there. It didn't look at all like your usual rental. Many upgrades! Very clean and comfortable. The beds are so comfy. Will definately stay here again. Location is great & easy to find.

I stayed in this condo for a girls' getaway. It was simply perfect. Clean. Tastefully decorated. Plenty of room. And quiet. The location is great. It took only a few minutes to drive to historic downtown Southern Pines, with all the quaint shops and a great selection of restaurants. Plus, since we were coming from Raleigh, it was a straight shot there--one easy hour down US 1. The property owner was responsive and a pleasure to work with. This is the second time that my friends and I have stayed here--and we will definitely do it again.

Our son was participating in a Triathlon in Pinehurst in October. We found this wonderful condo and it was perfect. It is decorated beautifully and very comfortable and clean just like the pictures! The owner was easy to work with. I am sure we will stay there again and will tell others about this condo.

We have been to the Pinehurst area several times. My parents joined us for this trip. The condo was perfect. It is beautifully furnished and the layout is great. It is close to everything, but in an area you can enjoy walking. This is one of the best stays In Pinehurst.

Absolutely the best accommodations I have ever experienced in a condo! Spacious, clean, and quality in every room. You can tell that no expense was spared in order to make us feel special. We have enjoyed ourselves immensely and look forward to a return visit. After 10 days, we are emotionally attached to the place. This has got to be one of the best places to stay in Southern Pines. Leave the light on for us because we will be back!

A wonderful get away... far enough from everything to sit and relax, but close enough to anything to be able to do whatever you need to do. Such a beautifully decorated apartment at such an affordable price. The property owner was extremely helpful and answered any questions that I had. Will definitely be making a return visit. If you are going to the Pinehurst area, this is the place to stay. . . very comfortable, clean and in a nice, peaceful setting. We did not play golf this trip, but did go shopping, out to eat, and did a lot of bird watching from the nice balcony at the condo. I really like that the condo has a lot of windows to view the surrounding pines and flowering crepe myrtles!! Very nice view! We went shopping in downtown Southern Pines that hosts many different shops including art, bookstores, antiques, and most importantly ice cream! We had so much fun walking around this quaint town. If you do not golf, this is still a wonderful place to visit. I would definitely recommend this condo!

The property was well worth the money and was ideal for a golf getaway. We have stayed in the Pinehurst area before and this was the best experience to date. The condo was very clean and well furnished as well as being located in a very convenient location to all of our destinations. The owner was very helpful and prompt with his responses. I highly recommend this property to anyone who plans on visting the Pinehurst area.
