The Condo is beautiful and beautifully furnished. Everything we needed was there. It didn't look at all like your usual rental. Many upgrades! Very clean and comfortable. The beds are so comfy. Will definately stay here again. Location is great & easy to find.

I stayed in this condo for a girls' getaway. It was simply perfect. Clean. Tastefully decorated. Plenty of room. And quiet. The location is great. It took only a few minutes to drive to historic downtown Southern Pines, with all the quaint shops and a great selection of restaurants. Plus, since we were coming from Raleigh, it was a straight shot there--one easy hour down US 1. The property owner was responsive and a pleasure to work with. This is the second time that my friends and I have stayed here--and we will definitely do it again.

We have been to the Pinehurst area several times. My parents joined us for this trip. The condo was perfect. It is beautifully furnished and the layout is great. It is close to everything, but in an area you can enjoy walking. This is one of the best stays In Pinehurst.

Absolutely the best accommodations I have ever experienced in a condo! Spacious, clean, and quality in every room. You can tell that no expense was spared in order to make us feel special. We have enjoyed ourselves immensely and look forward to a return visit. After 10 days, we are emotionally attached to the place. This has got to be one of the best places to stay in Southern Pines. Leave the light on for us because we will be back!

Our son was participating in a Triathlon in Pinehurst in October. We found this wonderful condo and it was perfect. It is decorated beautifully and very comfortable and clean just like the pictures! The owner was easy to work with. I am sure we will stay there again and will tell others about this condo.

A wonderful get away... far enough from everything to sit and relax, but close enough to anything to be able to do whatever you need to do. If you are going to the Pinehurst area, this is the place to stay. . . very comfortable, clean and in a nice, peaceful setting. We did not play golf this trip, but did go shopping, out to eat, and did a lot of bird watching from the nice balcony at the condo. I really like that the condo has a lot of windows to view the surrounding pines and flowering crepe myrtles!! Very nice view! We went shopping in downtown Southern Pines that hosts many different shops including art, bookstores, antiques, and most importantly ice cream! We had so much fun walking around this quaint town. If you do not golf, this is still a wonderful place to visit. I would definitely recommend this condo!

The property was well worth the money and was ideal for a golf getaway. We have stayed in the Pinehurst area before and this was the best experience to date. My husband and I had a quick getaway this past weekend and I found this condo and am so happy that I did. The place is kept very clean and so very comfortable. LOVED sitting on the balcony drinking my coffee, and listening to the birds. We have 3 kiddos that we kept at home so this peace and quiet was more than welcome. Nice Condo, Good Location, Noise Sensitive Neighbor

My fiance and I rented with 3 friends. We were very pleased with our choice to stay here. The condo was comfortable and clean and had all the necessary items for our weekend getaway. The location was easily accessible to the grocery store, shopping, the Sandhills Horticultural Gardens, etc. Additionally, the owner was very prompt and helpful in answering any questions we had while making our reservation and leading up to our arrival. The condo itself was excellent, but I could not give the overall experience all 5 stars because there was a noise and suspicion of damage complaint made against us to the owner by the neighbor. As we spent our whole stay cooking, playing board games, making smoothies (in truth, this was probably the sound that the neighbor mistook for us breaking something, because we were blending ice) and conversing with each other in the condo after running in a race that morning, and were in bed by midnight, I think the neighbor's complaint was unreasonable, particularly since s/he never let us know that s/he was being disturbed. In the event that anyone is thinking about this rental as more than a place to sleep, you might want to consider whether your activities might emit the same noise level as ours (already listed).

This rental was absolutely fantastic. The place is extremely clean, very spacious, fully stocked kitchen, all linens you'd need and makes you feel like you're home. The surroundings are stunning.. it's beautiful and peaceful. The little town of Southern Pines is charming, plenty around if you'd like to shop or go out to eat. The location is smack dab in the middle of Raleigh/Charlotte areas so there are plenty of travel opportunities. Owner is fantastic to deal with and I highly recommend this rental. In the future I will most definitely be returning.

This is a great condo. The location is perfect, convenient to Pinehurst and Southern Pines, yet secluded and private. The beds are comfy, the interior is very nice and the balcony is to die for! It is so quiet and peaceful sitting out there. David is wonderful to work with. He is honest and informative about any changes or things you need to know. He has an attention to detail even having kleenex and hand soap in the bathrooms! I would recommend staying here to anyone with travel plans to the Pinehurst/Southern Pines area. You will not regret it.

My husband and i just returned home from staying a week at this property. The owner was extremely easy to work with and answered all our questions. We found the property to be more than we expected from a rental property. It was extremely clean, spacious and convenient to all the ammenities in Pinehurst. The golf course on the property was a great course, with world class golf courses just around the corner. Within an hour of my arrival the owner called me, just to find out if I was disappointed in any way. Imagine that, I thought I was in some fancy hotel or something. But no, just a comfortable home away from home for a little holiday get-a-way. The property was clean and spacious as was as it was presented in the pictures and mentioned in the phone call. My husband, 22 yr old daughter and I spent Thanksgiving at this beautiful condo. We couldn't have asked for a more peaceful retreat. This condo feels more like a home than a rental. The owners have taken great care to provide everything you might need or forget. The kitchen is well stocked with fabulous dinnerware and cookwear. The bathrooms are spacious. The living room furniture is extremely comfortable which isn't normally the case in a rental. This is an upstairs unit with a roomy balcony off the living room. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I stayed at this condo from October 19-23, 2010. We had never been to this area before. We were on our fall golf outing. We found this condo on the VRBO site and booked it. The location and price sounded great. We were not disappointed. The condo is large, very clean, and has everything you need. The beds were very comfortable and the area is quiet and secure. It is a short drive to golf courses and restaurants. We all agreed it was one of our best fall trips. We would give this condo our highest recommendation.

This condo is the best deal in the Southern Pines/Pinehurst area! Two spacious bedrooms and baths, beautifully decorated and convenient to everything. The condo is at the end of a quiet street and the balcony backs up to the golf course. It was clean and well furnished. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends who visit the area for golfing trips. Good restaurants to try are the Lobsteer for steaks and the largest salad bar I've ever seen, Sweet Basil's for lunch, and Pik n Pig for BBQ so good there's an airstrip for those who want to fly in just to eat!

The condo is in amazing condition. The beds are really comfortable. It is very quite and relaxing with beautiful pine trees surrounding the condo. You feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. It has a wonderful open floor plan and great decor and is also close to great food and golf courses. The owners of the property are very friendly and easy to work with. The Condo in the Pines was a wonderful home-away-from-home for us this summer. The owner was very helpful, friendly, accommodating and great to work with. The open design of the Condo is spacious. The décor is lovely. The kitchen is very well furnished. The dining table easily accommodates 4 - 6 people. The balcony is a beautiful place to sit and enjoy the birds, flowers, and pine trees. We came to Southern Pines to visit family, and the Condo provided a home for us, rather than a hotel room. We were able to have them visit us and have meals with us here rather than just at their small apartment. I hope we can come back next year.

We have stayed in numerous VRBO properties in the last year. This home is the very best we have ever rented. It was very comfortable, spacious and beautifully furnished. We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Very nice, very comfortable. Our favorite area is the balcony. We had an extra cup of coffee in the mornings on the balcony and watched the pine trees and birds.
