Loma Verde...... Imagine awakening to the sound of waves crashing and lifting your head to the sights of the waves breaking in front of your terrace. We have a 180 degree picturesque ocean view of a pristine five mile long beach.
Our spacious house was designed by my husband and myself. We have spent many years building our vacation home. We built this house lovingly and have decided to share it with others who will surely enjoy the house, beaches, and tremendous sunsets.
Our home is a spacious, unique house that will accommodate four adults. It is Spanish style with arches and large breezy terraces. There is a Roman tub in the Master Suite for taking cool dips on warm days. Enjoy the complete privacy of our home that overlooks one of Costa Rica's most beautiful beaches. The master bedroom is very spacious,with an immense bathroom.
Great waves are less than five minutes away by foot, with many breaks along the local beach. The beaches are never crowded.
There are resident Howler Monkeys, parrots, and iguanas, along with the various wildlife that can be seen
throughout the area.
Various restaurants which cater to locals and tourist, are within minutes of the house. Or you can wade across the river at low tide and go to a very local restaurant for a short outing.
The locals are friendly, the ocean water is warm,the waves are good, and the fishing is great.
Fishing Tours are available as is horseback riding and many other activities.
Costa Rica is a romantic getaway. Each season shares its wonderful climate and adventure for all who are lucky enough to stay at our beautiful home here in Costa Rica.
