  I cannot stop saying how much I loved our stay at Gulfcrest this summer! Booked a unit that we liked on pictures through an agency, and met our expectations. A clean, fresh-smelling, well-equipped condo with a one-of-a-kind Gulf view! The resort also had many things to get busy with, including a Tiki bar where you can just chill and order food and drinks. What else does a working man need on vacation? Great stay.

  We rented Gulfrest condo during this July. The place was pretty good. The view from the balcony was to die for! We also enjoyed the Tiki bar, hot tub, and a workout facility right on the property. The place also has a grilling area which we didn’t use but it sure smelt good when others used it=) Our condo was really clean and in a very good shape. Also, it came with free beach chairs and an umbrella which saved us around $150.

  We are an older couple that likes to travel. We visit Panama City beach in early May when the weather gets warmer and all the spring break madness is over. The rates during this time are the lowest of all the tourist season. Location, cleanliness, and comfort played a great role in our choice. Gulf Crest condominium satisfied it all, thanks to Emerald Coast Destinations. Our condo was spacious and neat, comfortable and tranquil. The view from the 9th floor was breath-taking! What we specifically liked about the condo was that it was a non-smoking one, with a large flat-screen tv and a large kitchen area. We and our friends play golf so it was an additional plus that our condo was located within a walking distance to a golf course. One more great thing about this place - it is a gated community with a 24/7 security on site. Talk about peace of mind:)

  We were there for family reunion and we had a blast.We been coming to Panama city Beach location for past 5 years and we try to stay in different places every year. Gulf Crest was perfect, family was so happy with this condo. I recommend this place to people who has big family, reunions. Units a huge and believe me you will love it there.

  We absolutely loved this place. We were there in May. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo which was decorated beautifully. We rented through Emerald Coast destinations.Loved the assigned covered parking and the 2 pools were just great, 1kiddie pool and a game room too! This end of the beach is quiet with no construction going on compared to other places on the beach. The beaches on this end are clean and lots of sandbars to walk out to. We could walk right across the street to Hammerhead Fred's Restaurant and Emerald Falls go-karts and mini golf. We also were within walking distance of Spinnakers.

  We come to Panama City Beach every year but this was our first time stay in Gulf Crest. Rooms are tastefully decorated,full kitchen,washer and dryer,very clean.Bedrooms are well furnished. Great view from the balcony.Its right on the beach and the sand is white as sugar. Walking distance to many dining places. We had a amazing family time and we are definately coming back next year.

  904 at the Gulf Crest as well as the Gulf Crest Condos were outstanding! The condo was very clean, and had very nice furniture throughout. Great view of the beach and the pool area. Our family goes to PCB every year and have stayed at several top condos, Gulf Crest is now the one we will book next year. On our stay we went to Capt Anderson s as always, this visit the food was below par 2 1/2 stars two yrs in a roll now. The Sandbar 5 stars is outstanding as well as Dee's hang out 4 Star and J Michael s 3 1/2, Hammer Head Fred s 3 1/2 stars.

  This is possibly the best vacation we have ever experienced. The view from the 14th floor was to kill for. Everything was just as described in the VRBO ad and the free beach rental was a bonus. The person who complained about the condo being in front of the elevator must have been there during spring break when the kids are always roudy. We didn't here a thing during or stay and the convience of the elevator being in front of the condo was a blessing. I wiil stay again and would HIGHLY reccomend it to anyone.

  My husband and I stayed here during September 2010. We have stayed in various units at The Summit over the past several years, but I have to say that this unit is by far the nicest we have ever stayed in. It is beautifully decorated, very modern, extremely clean, and has everything you will need other than food and clothing. The view was awesome. The owners are a pleasure to work with, and they go the extra mile to make sure that everything is as it should be. Barb actually called us during the week just to make sure there were no problems and to see if anything needed to be taken care of. The added bonus of having beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for us each and every day was fantastic. We always enjoy being at The Summit, and we stay there year after year. From now on, one of Barb's units will be our first choice.

  This was our first family vacation and we had good time. The view was great from the balcony. The condo had a nice decor and was clean. I have to point out that I wish I was told that the condo was located directly in front of the elevators. It was loud all day and night. Plus the master bedroom is located in the front of the condo by the front door. All night long there are people coming and going through the elevators. The elevators are lit up all night also, so there is light spilling into the room all night. I wish I was told up front about the location of the condo, since we didn't get a good night sleep all week. The only other thing that would be nice is if the televisions were upgraded. Both tv's are old, they need to be upgraded to HDTV. Overall he had a good time at P.C. Beach. The condo owner was helpful when we need to talk to her. It was a pretty cool thing to be able to walk out on the beach directly from the condo. When driving around I saw a lot of people having to cross streets to get to the beach. In short we would love to go back to P.C. Beach on vacation again, but I don't think we would stay in the same room.

  Owner response: Sorry that you were not happy staying in our condo. We try very hard to please our guest-- as of date have never had a negative comemt concerning the location of our unit. The week before Memorial Day--was a week that many owners rented to high school graduates that were coming to Panama City Beach. I personally did not rent to those young guest but some other owners allow high school graduates to rent. That week is usually a very rowdy and loud crowd as well as when Spring Break is in town for the month of March. Many of our guests that rent this unit return year after year and ask for this unit.
