First of all..Phil was more than wonderful to work with & very accommodating. The condo has EVERYTHING you need for cooking, for comfort (the Queen size beds are plush, and extremely comfortable) and for convenience (beach, grocery, beach stores, etc. in walking distance) Nicely decorated, quiet, PERFECT!! Loved having the elevator, covered parking, outdoor showers!!
Recommended for:People with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

This condo has all the amenities you would want for a vacation. If you wish to cook, everything you need is there. If, like my sister and I, you prefer to eat most meals out, there are several restaurants within walking distance as well as a short drive away. We need to go back to visit the restaurants we missed this year. There are too many to cover in one week. My sister uses a cane and sometimes a walker, so the elevator was especially helpful. The beds, sofa and chairs are all comfortable. The only thing lacking was a written guide on how to use the 3 remotes for DVD and Cable TV. We should have had a grandchild or nephew or niece along to figure it out for us. The owner explained some of it to me over the phone and told me how to connect my netbook too, but a written guide in simple language would have been helpful. I enthusiastically recommend this condo.
