  • We (4 adults, 4 children) stayed 3 nights at May 09. Apartment was truly beautiful and everything was clean and worked fine. We were really happy with our stay. Area was safe and clean, we walked around a lot and bought food from near Whole Food Market (they had nice selection of glutein-free foods too). We will definitely consider to stay here again, if we will be back to Santa Monica. Thank you Hamid.

  • Our family of 5 stayed in this 3 b/3ba condo over Mother's Day weekend in May. The accommodations were great; lots of room to spread out and no lack of hot water even though 3 showers were sometimes going at once. If we needed something, the owner was quick to take care of it. The restaurants, grocery stores, and shops were all within walking distance. We had fun walking through the beautiful neighborhood and even down to the beach. We were able to cook meals, including baking a birthday cake! It was so much better than staying in a couple hotel rooms.

  • Hello, We just got back from our trip to Santa Monica where we visited family for a week (March, 2009) and were very happy with our condo and its location. We are a family of 6 with 4 children so we wanted a place that was big and had a kitchen. We weren't disappointed! The condo was very large and had everything we needed. It is in a very safe part of town with a Starbucks and Whole Foods we could walk to every morning (this was fun for us since we have to drive everywhere where we live). A little farther, but still within walking distance was a Vons grocery store, Right Aid, and lots of other great shops. Coming from a smaller town, I can't stress enough how safe we felt while we were there - the neighborhood is gorgeous. We will definitely return to this condo when we visit again in the future. We actually stayed in unit "D" (3 bedroom, 3 bath), but I wasn't able to find a guest comment section for that particular unit. It's in the same building and the floor plan is very similar to this one, I believe. Thanks!
