Ocean Reef is the best family friendly, gulf-front development located on the highly desirable west end of Panama City Beach, Florida. Ocean Reef requires renters to be a MINIMUM AGE of 25 years old and is strictly in forced by on site management...there is a NO PET and NO SMOKING policy.
This condo is one of the most and best reveiwed units in the building. We have unique amenities that include gulf-front master bedroom with balcony access. The oversize balcony is 10'x 28' and allows for private outdoor dining, sunbathing and exquisite views of the coast and marine life. A 20’ x 80’ gulf-front pool, and an indoor heated pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, fitness room and grilling area. We also offer assigned parking under the building so no crossing the street and no searching for a space--we have one reserved only 4 spaces from the elevators.
Panama City Beach has been rated #1 and some of "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches". It's over 27 miles of beach with emerald green water and sugary white sand that runs along the Gulf of Mexico. Ocean Reef is close to the new Panama City International Airport Now Open!!!, the recently open Panama City Beach Pier Park, for your shopping and entertainment pleasure, and the Frank Brown Recreation Complex, host to year round sports events and festivals.
We spared no expense when we purchased this new 8th floor unit. The first thing was to upgrade everything. Very upscale furnishings, including stainless steel appliances in the well equipped kitchen, light fixtures, ceiling fans and professional painting with faux finishes.
The master bedroom is ocean front with access to the balcony, it offers a king-size bed with pillow top mattress, wall mounted flat screen TV, DVD player, wall mounted hairdryer and a private bath with a double bowl vanity and no touch shower curtain rods.
The second bedroom offers a king-size bed with pillow top mattress, wall mounted flat screen TV, DVD player, wall mounted hair dryer and access to 2nd bath.
Also a large fully equipped "in the condo" laundry to include washer, dryer, iron w/ ironing board.
Our unit is Owner managed, we have great low rates and our rental agreement includes-If Panama City Beach issues a mandatory evacuation order we will refund the amount for unused days of your rental less the cleaning fee and taxes due. We offer a key-less Kaba door system so you never have to worry about keys.
Our condo is not the average vacation rental it has all the WOW and MORE.

Ocean Reef is Located on a portion of the west end of Panama City Beach, that is less crowded during the busy months of the summer. When other propertys beaches are very cramped. Meaning there's more space on the beach for your family to enjoy...
Great fun for the kids and kids at heart also a merry go round and other kiddie attractions.

We had a great time staying in this beautiful condo! It felt like we were at home with all it had to offer! We loved it so much we got it for our parents for a Christmas gift and we will be going back in the spring our selves! We would recommend this condo to everyone if you want something really really nice and calm choose this condo! Faye is an amazing owner and will help you in anyway with anything you might need! I cannot to get back down there in the New Year!!

Condo is spacious with plenty of room. Pool and hot tub were maintained daily. I would recommend this condo to others. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, some are even walking distance.

Our week was perfect! The condo was beautiful just as the pictures showed. The view from the balcony was amazing...we watched the sunset every night from there...and ate breakfast out there every morning. The location was great close to everything yet the beach area was never crowded. Faye was great with everything and very quick to respond. I will recommend to all our friends that this is a great place to stay!

My sister found this condo for me on VRBO. It was wonderful! The views were spectacular! The decor was very relaxing & high class! It was near everything & it was simple getting in & out. We had a great time! We bookmarked this condo so we can find it next time. Working with Faye was great!

This was a beautiful condo with a great view from the balcony. The condo is decorated beautifully and very clean. I would recommend this to family and friends. Also recommend going to St. Andrew Park for the beach, snorkeling, and jet skiing.
