A pretty 2 bedroom condo at the Villages of 5 Points, is a wonderful place for a small family or group to spend a vacation. The unit is on the third floor, and offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a couch for lounging, along with a walk in closet, and private bath with shower. The second bedroom offers a queen size futon, and a set of bunk beds, with a bathroom accessible from the bedroom or the hall way. There is a nice size living area with a couch, love seat, and chair, and entertainment center, and also a dining area with a table and chairs to accommodate 8 people.

The community is wonderful, with 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, sports bar, grocery store, hair salon, fitness center, coffee shop.

The location of the Villages of 5 Points is great! East of Route 1, and close to Historic Lewes and the Ferry. Henlopen State Park has the most beautiful beaches, and only costs $8 a day (2009 price) for an out of state carload of vacationers to spend the whole day.

  • This is a lovely, well-equipped, extremely clean condo in a great location. The condo is very close to Food Lion and numerous shops, all of which are with in walking distance. Close to outlet shopping malls, beach, and great restaurants. From the moment we entered the condo, we knew this was our home away from home. I would highly recommend this unit and we would definitely stay there again. Thanks John & Shirley Lison
