A pretty 2 bedroom condo at the Villages of 5 Points, is a wonderful place for a small family or group to spend a vacation. The unit is on the third floor, and offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a couch for lounging, along with a walk in closet, and private bath with shower. The second bedroom offers a queen size futon, and a set of bunk beds, with a bathroom accessible from the bedroom or the hall way. There is a nice size living area with a couch, love seat, and chair, and entertainment center, and also a dining area with a table and chairs to accommodate 8 people.
The community is wonderful, with 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, sports bar, grocery store, hair salon, fitness center, coffee shop.
The location of the Villages of 5 Points is great! East of Route 1, and close to Historic Lewes and the Ferry. Henlopen State Park has the most beautiful beaches, and only costs $8 a day (2011 price) for an out of state carload of vacationers to spend the whole day.

We enjoyed our stay in this convenient, spacious, and comfortable condo. It's a great home base for a week at the beach, with Cape Henelopen State Park a quick drive away. I appreciated its proximity to a well stocked grocery store, and made good use of the kitchen, which I was happy to find had a blender and coffeemaker, in addition to the stove, fridge, microwave, etc.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

This experience couldn't of been better. The location is great - Outlet shopping just around the corner. Quite, Safe and friendly place to live. The landlord was a wonderful women to deal with, she was there if you needed her. I would stay here again...

This is a lovely, well-equipped, extremely clean condo in a great location. The condo is very close to Food Lion and numerous shops, all of which are with in walking distance. Close to outlet shopping malls, beach, and great restaurants. From the moment we entered the condo, we knew this was our home away from home. I would highly recommend this unit and we would definitely stay there again. Thanks John & Shirley Lison
